19 WAYS TO BECOME BRAVER AND STRONGER DURING CRISIS

Crisis is nothing new, it's normal, it happened before and it will still happen now or in the future. If it is happening now then you have no choice but to become stronger and braver or else you and your family will break down, you will freak out, you will get lost and it will be harder for you to get your sanity back. You have to be stronger during times of crisis, it's your choice... are you going to break down or are you going to rise and show them who you really are? it's your call. You can join the people who keeps on complaining or you can join the people who keeps on grinding.

1. PROTECT YOUR MIND. Never let any fake news or a weak information poison your mind. And even if the information is real... still don't believe it if it's demotivating. Your mind is the key to become stronger and braver, if you have a weak mind then it's game over for you. Never let negativity run your life, you should stay positive all the time if you want to become stronger, most people have a weak mind during crisis and that's why their lives were all broken. Protect your mind, stop getting addicted to negativity. During crisis most of the news were negative, some people were even creating a fake negative news just to scare people, they love it because they think it's fun, what they don't know is that it's also making them weak because it's their dominating thought, and your dominating thought is your reality. So if you have weak thoughts, it means you're weak, your life is miserable too.

2. FOCUS ON YOUR HEALTH. Everything is nothing if your health is not good. All you need to do is survive, focus on your health, make your body stronger. Your health is everything, with a strong body you can survive any kind of problem, you can win again and make a comeback if your health is stable and strong. It's crisis time, there's no need to eat a lot of junk food or drink a lot of beer, there's no need to smoke anymore because your money is running out, you don't have enough money to pay for hospital bills just in case of emergency. Take care of your health if you want to become braver and stronger, because once your health is in jeopardy... you will become scared, your fear will start to take over and your body will just follow your mind, you will become sicker even if your disease is just mild.

3. FOCUS ON YOUR FAMILY. Think about your family and you will find a way how to conquer any kind of adversity. Focus on your family, don't focus on other people's problems, you need to focus on protecting your family first. You will become stronger if your goal is to simply feed and protect your family from any kind of threat. Your family can give you enormous amount of strength. Just think about your children, wife, parents, siblings, relatives... they are big reason enough to make yourself stronger so that all of you can face a brighter future. Focus on your family first before focusing on the problems of others, you don't need to be a super hero in times of crisis. Prioritize your family and you will become stronger because you don't have any choice but to be strong.

4. KEEP HUSTLING. Hustle never ends, you can do it even if it's the end of the world already. Most people were lazy during crisis, they were looking for something to blame. Hustle will make you strong, it will keep your mind healthy because hustling will make you very optimistic in life. Hustle everyday, forget about the difficulties and obstacles along the way, you can find a way if you're looking for it. Keep hustling, that's the best way to become stronger, your mental toughness will elevate, you will never be scared of any kind of problem because you just believe in working hard, you believe that you can solve any kind of problem through hustling.

5. WATCH MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS. A lot of motivational and inspirational videos, not just one or two... a lot of it. Watch it everyday, your mind will be shaped by motivational videos, you will become stronger and braver because it's conditioning your mind to think the right way and do the right things. As corny as it sounds but motivational videos will really help, it will give you hero like courage, it will give you strength when you're down.

6. TALK TO YOUR TRUSTED FRIENDS. Your friends will make you stronger too. Talk to them if you have problems, talk to them if you have depression. You can also talk to your family, talk to them if you feel scared. Sharing them about how you feel is like letting go, the more you talk about your fears... the more you will become braver. Don't be afraid to express how you feel, telling them that you're scared is already a form of bravery. Telling them that you're anxious will make you feel better because being honest and true to yourself will create courage. Most people nowadays were pretending to be brave, but the truth is deep inside they were scared to death. Pretending will only make things worse, be honest with how you feel, don't be scared to look like a coward, admitting your feelings will set you free, it is the path to bravery.

7. TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME. Be patient, you don't need to rush here. Being strong means being in the moment and not wishing for everything to become perfect and solved right away. Just take it one day at a time and be happy with what's going on no matter how ugly it is. This is not a race, crisis will not go away anytime soon, things will only get better slowly and gradually. You have to take it one day at a time, never rush, never panic... just enjoy life and try to make each day epic.

8. LEARN TO ADAPT AND ACCEPT WHAT IS GOING ON. Learn to adjust, learn to improvise and accept what is remaining in your life. If you don't have a job anymore so be it, just look for some other ways were you can earn money. Keep searching, stop wasting your time like others who spend most of their time complaining and arguing about what's really happening. Focus your energy and time to find a way how to make your life a little bit better.

9. MEDITATE FOR AT LEAST 5-7 MINUTES A DAY. Meditation will make your mind stronger and calmer. It may sound corny and unreal again, it may look unimportant but it's true... meditation will tame a monkey mind. You will become calmer, you will be more aware of your environment, you will learn how to move during pressure times and make the right decisions. Meditation will teach you how to stay still during times of panic and danger. 

10. CLEAN YOUR HOUSE. It's doing something positive, the more you do positive things, the more you will become stronger and braver. Cleaning your house will create an illusion that you are living a normal life and there is no threat roaming around. Cleaning your house will make you feel good, it is disciplining yourself, it serves as a training and also a very good past time. A dirty house will make you depress and scared even more, your mind will never think properly if your surrounding is full of garbage and dirt.

11. EXERCISE. The best entertainment during crisis is exercise. Exercise at your home if you can't leave your house, this will make you mentally tougher and physically stronger, you will have more confidence in yourself if you are exercising. It produces happy hormones that will keep your sanity in check. According to a reliable research people who exercise everyday avoids depression.

12. PREPARE DURING STORM. Everything will return to normal in just a matter of time. The best thing to do during times of crisis is sharpen your skills, know more, be more and do more so that when the economy and everything is good again... you already have a big advantage, you are prepared to work hard again and hustle again.

13. EMPOWER OTHERS. Be the source of inspiration not the source of weakness. If you can empower others and spreading positive vibes then you are also empowering yourself. Never spread fear, spread positivity and hope, it feels much better giving an inspiration rather than giving depression. Empower others, the more you do this the more you will become stronger, fight negativity with positivity, you don't need to fight negative people, just ignore them and focus on being a problem solver instead of a problem adder.

14. TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR LIFE. Never blame the government, never blame people that didn't help you. Only weak people do that. You have your life now because of your stupidity in the past. Your financial stupidity, your bad decisions, but it's all in the past now... you still have a lot of time to make a come back even if it's difficult. Always remember that there are still some people who are succeeding during recession.

15. INVENT YOUR OWN BELIEFS AND LIVE WITH IT NO MATTER WHAT. Most people are inventing their own beliefs nowadays, they were full of anxiety and worries. Their minds were crowded with fake news, they believe in something that will scare them even more. You too can create your own beliefs. Why not believe that everything is going to be alright? why not believe in yourself that you can overcome all of this? invent your own beliefs and never change it no matter what, never let anything disturb your mind.

16. ALWAYS GUARD YOURSELF. Guard yourself if you are thinking correctly, sometimes you don't know that you are thinking wrong because of too much outside influences, too much fake news is trying to manipulate your mind. Guard yourself, look at yourself... are you still working hard or are you like others who keeps on blaming the government and cussing about their situation? be aware of what you are doing and make necessary adjustments if you think you're already on the wrong path.

17. MOVE CONSISTENTLY. Never stop moving, never let a day pass without doing something positive. You will become weaker and more scared if you are not moving. Do something, stop wasting time watching news. There are so much better things to do and you have to do it if you want to become stronger and more mentally stable.

18. TRUST GOD. If you're really drowning in deep fear, learn to let go by trusting GOD. He is the only one that knows what's going to happen, let go, trust that God is in control and there is no need to become scared if you trust him. Just believe him now, there is nothing wrong in believing in God, at least you believe, you have a very powerful and unbeatable help that has your back everyday, even during the most difficult times.

19. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL. You can never control the spread of disease, the companies that were closing, the people that are panicking. But there are still some things that are within your control, and that is your mind and body. You can still think positively during recession and pandemic, you can still do some positive things. It's all on you, you will become much stronger if you will focus on what you can control because it means you believe in yourself, it means you are thinking right and doing the right things.
