12 WAYS TO SURVIVE IN A SCARY SITUATION

No matter how strong rich, powerful, popular or smart you are... you will be tested. You will be put on a scary situation and if you don't have the right references on your mind... you will crumble and fail, you will go down. Always remember that you can survive any kind of situation if you have the right frame of mind. Your mind is your secret weapon, it is your strongest and mightiest tool to survive.

1. Go home. If you can just go home then what the hell are you waiting for? pack your bags and things and just go home, home is the safest place on earth, your home is your territory, nothing can touch you there. Your home will protect you, it's the best place for surviving. If the whole world is melting where do you want to hide? inside of your home right? There's no shame in going home, it's ok. Going home is not a form of cowardice. Your home will protect you, it has everything you need, just go home if you feel threatened, stay there until everything is already in control once again.

2. Fight back. Fight mentally or physically if you need to. You need to fight, like a gazelle trying to kill a lion, like a slave trying to kill his abusive master, like a rookie trying to beat a season veteran. You need to fight back, it's the only way to survive, if you can run then run but what if the situation is faster than you? what if your enemy is twice as fast as you? the only choice you have is to fight back. You can fight, even hens fight, even the scariest dude on earth can fight. Fighting doesn't depend on your bravery, it's a decision, you can fight even if you're scared to death, you can do something even if you're freezing in fear, you can force your body and mind, if you really want to survive then fight with all your power and tenacity.

3. Expect the worst but don't panic. Your mind will be much more stable if you will expect the worst and still don't panic. Everything is possible, the best and the worst may happen but your mind should stay neutral no matter what the circumstance is in order to survive. You don't need to panic here, you don't need to freak out. Bad things may happen and it is normal, this is life, this is reality... something tragic may happen but if you want to survive then you should focus on living and breathing, that's the only thing you need to do. You need to keep moving forward no matter what instead of freaking out and losing your mind like others.

4. Study what is going on. Look around, investigate, study what is going on. Was it really that scary or threatening? was it really that dangerous? study what is going on first before freaking out and panicking like an old man who lost his tobacco. Don't make a decision so fast, stop following the crowd, study first what is going on so that you will only make few mistakes.

5. Never listen to what people say. Never believe them so fast, some are just creating a fake news. You have to be smarter and more careful, some people were just here to scare you and make fun of you. Listen to reliable source, even a reliable source... don't believe it so fast if there is no strong proof that it really happened or is happening right now. All people have their own comments and beliefs, you too can create your own news so don't believe other people that fast. If you don't like the information being bombarded on your mind... reject it and look for a new information that will make you feel much better and more confident.

6. Learn to enjoy the chaos. Go with it, it is what it is, it is happening now. Crisis, plague, recession, danger etc. It is happening now. Enjoy it and protect yourself, you will survive if you are just going with the flow and not doing some stupid things. Don't do what most stupid people do, always stay calm and just take it one day at a time. Everything will be alright again, it's just a matter of surviving this day and tomorrow and that's it. You don't need a perfect life, you just need a strong mind. A strong mind is everything you need because you will be able to make the right decisions if you have it.

7. Look at your mind. What is the state of your mind right now? is it panicking or is it still calm? Sometimes you are thinking about thoughts that are far from reality because fear is making you panic, fear is destroying and poisoning your mind. The most powerful man in the room is the one who can stay calm and not reactive.

8. Just don't give in. It's very simple, if you want to win and survive... don't quit, don't you ever think about quitting, you have to keep pressing on. It's simply about breathing, doing your best and not doing stupid things that will put you on a worse situation. Don't give in, don't do what weak people and losers do. Keep fighting, keep pushing and keep finding a way how to survive and thrive in these difficult days.

9. Be the strongest. You need to believe that you are the strongest. Have a strong mind and body, be competitive if you need to. Be competitive in business, work or anything that you are doing. Don't be someone who can easily be pushed around. You can keep going further as much as you can, you can use all of your power and be the strongest so that you can survive on any given day.

10. Stop reacting. Don't react too fast, stay calm and still. Maintain your poise. Breathe and think meticulously if you need to do something right away or not. If you can survive by just staying still then stay still. People who react too much always end up on the wrong and ugly spot, they attract ugly circumstances in their lives because of their useless reaction.

11. BE OK WITH YOUR SITUATION. Whatever your situation is... you can make it better, be ok with it and never curse it, stop cussing, stop blaming. Be ok with your situation because that is a sign of being postiive in life, and if you are positive in life it means you're on the right path.

12. JUST LAUGH AT IT. Your mind will be able to make correct decisions if you are happier, you will stay calmer if you are not worrying, you will be able to make the best actions if you are not panicking or stressing yourself out Just laugh at it, it's time to think different now. Laugh at it, while other people are so scared and thinking about negativity too much... learn to laugh and spread positivity. Study shows that people who laughs more maintain their sanity longer than people who were so focused on their problems.
