13 EFFECTIVE AND PROVEN WAYS TO HAVE STRONGER IMMUNE SYSTEM

In this stressful world that were have nowadays we need to have a stronger immune system to survive any stressful situations, we need a stronger mind and body to overcome any frightening obstacles in our lives. Sometimes we are taking our immune system for granted and it's almost too late before we discover that our bodies are giving up. What is the use of your money if your body is getting weaker everyday? you can never enjoy your success if you have a weak immune system.

Here are 11 different ways to boost your immune system:

1. Serious and physical exercise. Exercise everyday, much better if 7 days a week. It's not true that you need some rest like 2-3 days a week, this is a hoax idea. You need to keep the momentum going. I've been exercising for 5 straight years without rest and I feel so powerful, I can even kill a carabao right now. I'm like a bull, I can make medicines sick, I can murder a rock. Exercising everyday makes me feel younger and stronger. I don't rest, I only cut a few minutes of exercise whenever I feel I need to rest. I don't rest because resting will become so addictive, sometimes you don't need rest but you feel you need to because you feel so good about it. I don't rest because the fire inside of me will die.

Your body knows if you really need rest or not, you only have the right to rest if you are sick or inured. You can cut the minutes of exercise on any given day if you feel so tired and exhausted. You need to get serious here, consistency is the key. You don't need to become a gladiator or a ninja warrior doing the most insane drills, just be consistent everyday. If you can just walk everyday for 15 - 20 minutes then it's already good, if you can just do cardio for 10 minutes a day then it is already good, just make sure you are sweating. You need to feel the pain a little bit because if there is no pain then there is no gain. There is no excuse for not exercising because you can do it anywhere, you can even do it in your home if you don't have money to pay for gym membership.

• Burpees (simple or full)
• Mountain Climbers
• Jogging in place
• Treadmill
• Push ups
• Lunges
• Squats
• Yoga
• Stutter steps
• Plyometrics
• Shadow Boxing

2. Elevate your mental toughness. If you have a strong mind then your immune system will also become stronger. Do a lot of hard things, this is the best technique to elevate your mental toughness. If you are expose to difficulty then your mind will be stretched, you will feel that you can do the impossible because you are being tested, your endurance will become stronger. And if you can endure a lot of pain then it means your immune system is already on a different level.

3. Take Vitamin C everyday. It's a necessity to take vitamin C, this will fight common sickness. Any vitamin c will do, whether it's generic or branded. Ascorbic Acid is one of the best source of Vitamin C. Eat citrus fruits such as lemon, oranges, grapefruit, kiwi fruit etc.

• Calamansi Juice
• Strawberries
• Green Pepper
• Tomato Juice
• Brocooli

4. Expose yourself to sunlight. Sunlight is free, it is under estimated nowadays, we take it for granted because it's available everyday. And because of it's availability... we get lazy to go out and expose ourselves to sunlight because we think that we can do it tomorrow or later. Sunlight is free,if you will not bathe in sunlight now then 100 percent you are not going to do it tomorrow. Or maybe tomorrow will rain and you will not be able to do it again. You need to grab what is free that will make you strong, grab the opportunity, take it because you don't need to pay for it anymore, all you need to do is go outside and feel the sunshine.

5. Lots of water. 2-3 Liters of water everyday will boost your immune system. Water can heal any sickness, water will wash your body, it will give you extra dose of energy to do more work, your body will even become younger if you are taking enough water everyday, water is longevity... it is life. Drink as much as you can so that your body will be washed. Water is always available in your faucet, all you have to do is make an effort to drink it. You need to be strict on disciplining yourself, never drink because you're thirsty, drink because you need to heal and make your body stronger. Every time you drink water always think that you are healing and rejuvenating.

6. Enough rest and sleep but not excessive. A good sleep takes about 6-8 hours. No more than 8 hours of sleep because that will make you weak. You will become lazier, your body will be conditioned to sleep more and that is not healthy, once your body wants to sleep all the time... it means you're getting weaker and weaker, sleep for just 8 hours, wake up and exercise. Enough rest will heal the cells in your body, too much rest will make you weak because your body was built for moving and not for resting. You will feel weaker and weaker if your sleeping for a very long time, you will have headaches, you will become lazier and unproductive.

7. Stay away from a stressful job. Money doesn't matter at all if your immune system is falling apart. Money is nothing, health is the number one priority here. Find a job that you really want, because if you love your job you will never feel like working hard, it feels like you're just playing. You don't need a stressful job because it will destroy your life, yes maybe the pay was good but it will back fire on you in the end, you will realize that you just wasted time because your body is not healthy anymore.

8. Avoid toxic human beings. Toxic human being will drain your energy even if they are not doing anything, their presence alone sucks your energy. Especially if they do something that you don't like, avoid them because it's not worth it to spend time with them. Stop rubbing elbows with people that you don't even like, just go home and spend time with your hobbies rather than associating yourself with people who are so toxic. They add stress into your life, they ruin your happiness, your immune system is getting weaker because of them.

Spend your time with the people that you really like and your energy will become stronger. Your immune system will get better, the cells in you body will heal. Happiness is a very powerful tool to strengthen your immune system, if you are sick is it good to spend your time with people that you can't stomach?

Even in social media, stop arguing with your friends about a simple post about Donald Trump, it's not even worth it, it's energy draining, your day will be ruined, ignore the people who can't motivate you at all.

9. Ignore your problems. Stop stressing yourself out. All problems will soon be gone, this is life, you will really have a problem. But the healthier ones are the ones who doesn't mind their problems at all. Ignore your problems but never create another problem. Some people were too good in ignoring their problems and looking for another one, these are dysfunctional people, they think they were cool but the reality is they are only compiling a lot of unhealthy things in their lives, it will back fire on them in the end.

Look for solutions instead of focusing on your problems, keep moving forward and keep living your life, all of your problems will be solved if you are responsible enough to do the right things.

10. Eat more Vegetables and fruits As simple as it sounds, vegetables and fruits are the foods that you need to eat in order to have a stronger body. This is what sick people eat because the nutrients and vitamins of fruits and vegetables are unparalleled. It's better to eat fruits and vegetables rather than eating non fat junk foods that has a lot of nutrition on the back of its label. Fruits and vegetables will save you, it is the most practical food to eat if you are strengthening your immune system.

11. Intermittent fasting. The cells in your body will heal faster if you are not using the internal organs of your body. You need to rest your body, just because you're not doing anything doesn't mean you are resting, what if you are eating a lot? eating a lot means you are overusing your body the wrong way. Intermittent fasting is the best way to rest your body so that the cells will heal faster and your immunity will become stronger.

Types of intermittent fasting:

• 16 hour - you don't eat any food for 16 hours straight. You can only drink milk, tea or water. For example if your last eat was at 8pm, you are only allowed to eat again at 12 noon tomorrow. It is the easiest type of intermittent fasting because you can sleep for 8 hours so you will only endure the hunger for another 8 hours.

• 24 hours - this is a little bit brutal but it is more effective. Remember that the more pain you feel the more benefits you get. It all depends on what type of fasting fits you, try both and see what works for you.

12. Don't procrastinate. Procrastinating a lot will destroy your mind and body, this will make you weak. You are not doing anything but you feel so stressed right? you want to do something but you can't move, that is split energy, if you have split energy going on then it means your body is working twice as it normally does. If you need to do something... do it right away and never let your mind worry so you won't be stressed anymore.

13. Meditation to quiet your mind. Meditation means being in the moment, and if you're in the moment your body will heal faster. Your healing cells will become more powerful if you are not rushing and panicking. If you have a quiet mind then you have a healthy body, your immune system will double its power.
