12 STEPS TO GET BACK ON TRACK

Sometimes you will fall, sometimes you will lose your momentum because your focus is not so sharp and a lot of tempting things grabbed your attention. The result is you are not making results, you are going down and your edge is nowhere to be found. You feel like a lost puppy in a jurrasic park, you want to go home, you want to go to a better place but you feel like on a rat race and there is no way out. But anything is possible, if you're really having a hard time now changing yourself and your situation then don't worry because there is a way, all you have to do is decide that your'e going to get back on track and you will make it happen.

HERE ARE THE 12 STEPS TO GET BACK ON TRACK

1. TAKE ACTIONS. Move, as simple as it sounds... move. What are you waiting for? you can never make a change if you're always watching TV and shopping online, you will go downward spiral if you will not force yourself to take actions. You need to use a brute force to make yourself moving, slap yourself, let a friend slap you so you can wake up. Take a cold shower, put your shoes on and go outside, look for a job or look for something you can do that will give you some momentum. Running is a good way to clear the noise inside of your head. You have to take actions, do something that will improve your mental state, something that will make you feel good. Eating and procrastinating will make you even crazy, you need to do something... exercise is the best medication, run or jog or just walk... keep moving forward and never stop once you created a little momentum.

2. ERASE THE MEMORY OF THE PAST. Past is nothing, there is nothing you can do about it anymore so it really means nothing. What you're doing now and your mindset now are the only thing that matters the most. Past will only make you feel bad, slow and weak. If you want to move on and have a new life then forget the past focus on the moment.

3. NEVER THINK ABOUT THE FUTURE. You get anxious when you think about the future, you get worried and scared. What will happen will happen, you can never control the outcome of your life. The only thing you can controls is your actions. Thinking about the future will only make you paranoid, you have to focus on the moment because life begins today, it is happening today.

4. DON'T LOOK FOR HELP. Looking for help will only make you weak, it will become your habit to look for assistance every time you stumble and fail. What if nobody is there to help you? You're going to blame other people and call them selfish but the truth is you're the one who's selfish because you're only thinking about yourself but you don't want to help yourself.

5. BE PATIENT. It will take time so be patient. There is no need to rush, there is no need to make quick decisions. There is no need to rush the change and make results fast. The more you rush the more you will feel bad because you will only get frustrated if you can't see results. Results will come on the right time, once the right amount of effort was made... that's the only time change will happen.

6. BE WILLING TO FAIL AGAIN.  Don't be afraid to fail again, failing doesn't mean you can't get back on track, it really means you're already on the right track because you're trying and making an effort. Failing means you really want it and you're taking matters into your own hands, it means you don't care and you just want to have a better results in your life.

7. FOCUS ON IMPROVING YOURSELF BIT BY BIT. It's simply about grooming yourself and looking for some areas in your life that needs further improvement. Admit your weaknesses and ugly attitude and change it. You're always blaming your environment but the truth is you're having a bad life because you're not doing the right thing. You're always lazy, stubborn and looking for faults of other people but the truth is majority of the ugly things in your life was caused by you and you only.

8. JUST GO FURTHER AND NEVER LOOK BACK. Make a move now, go to the direction of your dreams and never go back, as simple as that. Most people can't make a change or can't get back on track because they will take actions but they will repeat the same habit that made them fail. The key is to keep moving forward all the time and never look back, forget the past and look for what you can do now that has a chance of giving you a better and happier life.

9. REPEAT WHAT IS WORKING A LITTLE BIT. You don't need to become a big time right away, you don't need to make very huge strides. Just look for what is working a little bit and focus on it.

10. STAY HUMBLE. Stay humble so that there will be no pressure on your side. There are some people who are so arrogant, they said they're going to do this and do that. And when they can't make change with their lives they become depressed, they feel so low because they were so worried of what people might say. Just stay humble so that you can change your life easily. It is easier to work and become creative if you are not promising anything to anybody. Don't make a lot of hype because it will only backfire at you in the end. Just do what you can, be quiet while working hard and let success be the noise in the end. You don't need to tell everyone that you are changing or winning, you don't need their admiration at all. All you need is yourself and the philosophy that you really believe.

11. STOP MAKING DRAMAS. You can never go back on the right track again if your everyday life is full of dramas and acts that only wants to get sympathy. Stop playing the victim role because it will only make you weak. You should not have a victim mindset, you should be the suspect.

12. STOP MAKING EXCUSES. Excuses will destroy you, it really will. You will never take actions anymore because you will always find a way why something is hard and impossible. Instead of focusing on your excuses you should be focusing on taking actions and making your life better.
