HOLD ON TIGHT AND NEVER LET GO

If you're on a bad spot right now... keep fighting, if your situation is really worse and so difficult... hold on tight and never let go. You have to keep fighting until your situation is already good. Never underestimate your ability to fight, you can fight, you can be brave even if you feel weak, you can move and do something even if there is no strength left in your body. It's on you, are you just going to give up or are you going to fight? Focus on moving forward, focus on giving your best and making your mind tough, focus only on what you can control... that's how to take over of your life. The best thing you need to control is your mind, it's on your mind of if you're going to succeed or not. If you're at the bottom of the rope and you're on the verge of falling down... tie a strong and big knot and hold on until you finally find a way how to climb up again.

BE HAPPY WITH YOUR SITUATION

If you're at the bottom... be happy with your situation, because sooner or later you're going to be on a better position. There's no other way but to go up, if you're down, if you're struggling... be happy because you will go to the top sooner or later. All you can do is be happy with your situation, no matter how bad it looks... just be happy with it, because it's the only way where you can create more motivation, it's the only way to feel much better so that you can think more clearly and fight until your situation changes. You are ok, you are fine and you have to make yourself believe that you can escape the rut you are in by not trying to escape it. Embrace it, feel it and do one positive thing at a time. Because if you will keep on blaming your situation and the people that you think that did something bad on you... you will never be able to change your situation, your situation will become worse, all you can do is appreciate the moment and do whatever you can to change your life.

NEVER CHANGE YOUR MINDSET

Your mentality to win and go further, your killer instinct... never change it, ever. Just keep moving forward and do what you are doing before, do what you do best and never let any hardship or adversity manipulate your mind, keep going further, winners simply move forward all the time regardless of any casualty going on. Still go all in, still give your best, appreciate what you have and still give your very best, use your very beast mindset and move bit by bit, inch by inch you can do it, one breathe at a time, one day at a time... you can still make a comeback and win in life. So protect your dreams, protect your mindset, always remember who you are, always remember your goals and intentions and never change any of it.

ALL YOU CAN DO IS FIGHT

If you quit then you lose, you will regret it for the rest of your life. But if you keep fighting and do your best, you still have a big chance of winning again. Perseverance will be your greatest asset, nothing beats perseverance, all you have to do is stay calm while enduring it and you will win again. Anyone can fight, you can fight but why most people don't do it? it's because they were so afraid of failing, when you don't fight you already failed, the logic is very simple. So keep pushing, keep hustling, never think that it's over, it will only be over if you can't move anymore. But you can still move, you can still fight and do something. Fight with all your might and don't be scared of what might happen next. If you're not quitting then it means you're still fighting, so just keep moving forward all the time, never stop fighting because it's all you've got.

JUST RELAX AND FOCUS ON SURVIVING

Focus on surviving first, don't worry about anything else because you can thrive later. Survive our business, survive your daily habit, survive your mental health, survive your goal, survive for today so you can thrive tomorrow. You can survive anything if you are willing to embrace discomfort and live with the moment. Breathe if you can't move and think clearly, just breathe, inhale and exhale, do this for a hundred times and you're back on the game again. Sometimes you forget to relax and breathe that's why you're panicking too much. You can survive anything, you don't need to panic yet. Just hold on tight and never let go, this is an effective technique used by successful people. Hold on to your intentions, forget about what may happen and just do something to improve your situation.

FOCUS ON YOUR MIND'S POWER

Your mind is your most powerful tool, if you have the ability to think about positivity during adversity then you will get your victory, as simple as that. Think about what you want, focus on what you want and not on what you don't want. Your mind will dictate your behaviors, it will control your body language and decisions, the content of your mind will be the outcome of your life. Believe in your mind's power. The images that keeps running inside of your brain will manifest into your life. So keep thinking about the nicest things that can happen and focus on taking actions to bring them into your life. Fill your mind with motivating ideas, let your mind be stronger than ever. Visualize what you wanted to happen, repeat the beautiful image inside of your head over and over again. There is nothing to worry about if your mindset is still intact, you're still powerful if you're on the right frame of mind. Always remember that your mind becomes stronger and stronger every time you persevere, focus on surviving and trying, focus on giving your best and stop thinking about the worst thing that could happen.

Quitting is not an option, forget about how you feel, emotions has nothing to do with here anymore. Disregard how you feel. Forget if it is hard and impossible and just keep moving forward all the time. Stick with the process and don't quit, just give your very best and that's it, there is nothing to worry about, all you have to do is weather the storm and keep pushing forward.
