17 EFFECTIVE AND CHILL WAYS TO AVOID PANICKING

Panicking is easier to do than relaxing, why? because it's what most people do. It's easy to get fooled by some random news created by trolls on the internet. You have to protect your mind or else it will be eaten and manipulated by people who can't do nothing good with their lives. You will panic if you think you're wrong and in danger, you think you're moving fast but you feel heavier and no progress at all. If you

WHY ARE YOU PANICKING?

Because you don't have a practiced beliefs, you're gullible because you're so afraid to challenge the status quo. You don't investigate if a news is real or not, you don't take time or look around and at least challenge a news, most news are fake news. Your mind is weak, you're not prepared for chaos. But if your mind is always prepared for something scary then you will never go panic. You will stay still even if there is a scary situation in front of you, you will never get stunned, you will remain calm and tranquil.

1. Be in the moment. Whatever happens be in the moment, don't rush. Common man, you have a lot of time. It's better to be not moving if you will just rush. Don't move yet if you will just rush, look at yourself... what are you being scared about?

2. Focus on your breathing. Just breathe and enjoy it. Breathing will calm your mind and body. Breathing will make you think clearly. Negativity will go away and you will remember that everything is alright and there is nothing to worry about.

3. Realize that you really don't have anything to lose. It's real, you don't have anything to lose here. You don't have anything from the beginning so why panic if your possessions were in danger of losing? why panic about your reputation? why panic about your identity? it will all be gone when you die. Just enjoy what is happening now and simply give your best. Try to enjoy life as much as you can, don't panic from anything that is outside of your control.

4. Don't be afraid of change. Something will change, life is changing all the time, you have to deal with change and don't be scared of it. Because even if you're so safe for now and you feel perfectly fine... something will change tomorrow or later. Don't be surprise with surprised, change with changes. This is life, it's full of surprises and unexpected events, you have to accept that you will really get shocked for some reasons and it is totally normal, there is nothing wrong with it.

5. Go back to your beliefs or create a new one that will make you stronger. You don't have a go to belief that is why you easily panic whenever there is a threatening situation. Recession makes people panic but I don't because I believe in hard work, it is my philosophy. I never panic because I always knew I can find a way every time I work hard and discipline myself to find money first before anything else.

6. If it's not going to kill you then why even bother? What cannot kill you can only make you stronger. Stop panicking if it can't kill you, it is nothing if it is not life threatening. And even if it's life threatening... you still need to stay calm because if you're calm... nothing can harm you nor touch you. You will have this invisible protection, you will still be able to make the right actions because you have a calm state of mind.

7. Just laugh at the situation. Just laugh at it, think that it doesn't matter at all. If you give no importance to something then it will never scare you anymore, you will still live regardless if you're in control or not, you will still show up because for you it's just another day. Laugh at it and you will feel invincible and confident.

8. Go home or separate yourself from the crowd. If the crowd is making you panic... stay away from them just go home, don't be afraid to go home and look like a loser. It's what you feel that matters and not what they feel. You don't need to follow people, you don't need to do stupid things because if peer pressure. Stay calm and go home, focus on what you can control and that is putting yourself on the best position.

9. Keep going further. Keep going further, you need to move all the time so that you will forget about the situation. Just move and focus on what you want to happen. Even if it's too difficult to move... still move and do something positive.

10. Move slowly so you can see what is really going on. Move slowly, there is no need to rush. If people are forcing you to move fast, for example... a car behind you is horning you too much because you drive slowly... still drive slowly, remember that they can't force you to move fast. If you're calm and relaxed then nothing can push you. Retaliate if they touch you but don't touch them first. Stay calm because if you're calm then nothing can ever push you around, you will still be in control of your life.

11. Go to your main priorities. Remember your main priorities, what are they? If there is a pandemic, what is really your priority? your family right? so don't even bother listening to fake news or scary reports. Go to your main priorities, focus on them and your panic will go away.

If you're in a competition and your opponent is very strong.... your instinct is to panic right? because you got overwhelmed. But if you will go to your main priority and that is to win then you will never panic, you will forget everything around you and simply focus on taking it one step at a time to win.

12. Detach from anything. Detach from people, outcome, illusions etc. If you can simply think that there is nothing to hold on to then you will never feel pressure at all. Detach from people's expectations, detach from their beliefs, believe in yourself and don't worry about what's going to happen next. Don't worry if you will lose everything, you can always make a comeback, you can always get something now if you will start again.

13. Don't look for safety. The reason why you're panicking is because you think you're in danger. You always look for safety. If you will just embrace the situation then you don't need to look for safety anymore. Playing it safe will put you in danger even more. Don't look for safety and just deal with what is in front of you.

14. Remember that you are still alive. That's the only thing that matters... being alive.  If you're alive then there is nothing else to worry about. If the doctor is scaring you and telling you that you're in danger... slap that doctor, you're alive now right? the only thing that matters is the moment and not the future. If you're alive now then you can be alive forever. Fear puts you in danger because you believe it, if you don't believe in your fears then you will become immortal.

15. Forget about perfection. You will panic if you want to have a perfect life or performance. You want everything to be laid out perfectly and when you see something wrong... you will freak out.  There is no such thing as a perfect life, you have to deal with imperfections and still move forward. Get dirty and loose, do something, forget what people say, forget if you're doing the right thing or now.

16. Embrace what you feel right now and don't try to change it. If you feel bad then feel bad, keep feeling bad, keep feeling negative. It will pass anytime soon, the more you resist on what you feel the more you will freak out. If you feel sad then feel sad, if you feel scared then feel scared but don't run away from those emotions, face it and you will become calmer.

17. Remember that it will end. What is happening now will end, there is no way it will stay forever. So just enjoy it so that you will not feel worse.
