Cold soup should never frustrate you, nothing should frustrate you, small issues or problems should never make you feel bad because at the end of the day you're still alive and has a chance to do whatever you want to do. Don't get mad if the soup is cold, it is still a soup. Be happy if it is a hot soup but don't ever think that you will always get a hot soup, just like the weather... not all the time it is sunny, there will be times when it is raining or even storming. But all you've got to do is weather the storm and that's it. Life will throw you anything and you have to be ok with that, it's life, life is not perfect, it's full of randomness and if you're not ready for anything that it may throw on you... you're in big trouble, you will easily get frustrated, you will run out of patience and you will never be able to move forward. Life may sometimes be good or bad at you but you have to accept that not everyday is a good day, there will be days when it's really frustrating and you would love to punch the wall or scream at a random person on the parking lot, but don't ever do that because that will destroy your life even more, you are only making matters worse if you don't control your emotions.
So if a waiter serve you a cold soup... ask for a hot one, if they can't give you a hot one or the service is too slow... just forget it. It's ok, you can still eat with a cold soup, you can still enjoy the cold soup if you will just learn how to be aware and be in the moment. Taste it, it's not bad at all. Just like the problems in life... feel it, embrace it, face it and you will see that it's not bad at all, you can conquer t and still live a better life.
NOT AFRAID OF FEELING BAD
People may disrespect you, annoy you or treat you unfairly but you shouldn't be afraid of feeling bad. Stop reacting to useless things, you need to know your values and priorities. You should know if you are feeling bad for nothing, let it go and go to the more meaningful situations. All you have to do is embrace it for a moment, suck it up and understand that it is nothing. Feeling bad is nothing, emotions are nothing, it is only a feeling and it will soon go away. What you attached with the emotion is what's dangerous, you give it some negative meaning, you think you've been abused but the reality is you're not. Feeling bad is too normal, it is not a big deal.
Everybody feels bad, even saints feels bad so don't ever think that you've been mistreated fairly. This is life, it is hard if it is not hard then it is not life. If it looks like life is punishing you just accept it, wait for some time and you will have a better life again.
The key here is stop thinking that you need a special treatment, stop having that victim mindset and learn to be tough, learn to endure any kind of stressful or disrespectful situations, stop making dramas too much, stop being soft and simply focus on the next best thing that could happen.
CALMNESS IS A VERY POWERFUL WEAPON

If you are calm during chaotic moments then you're in control, you will stay in power and sooner or later when the chaos is gone they will find out that you're the real deal. Calmness is very attractive, it can command people, it can take over on any kind of situation. Relax your mind, stop thinking if you need to, always think that no matter what happen you will be alright, there is no need to do savage things, there is no need to react or prove that you are right... stay calm and you can weather any kind of storm.
