Sometimes you're doing something even if you don't like it, you're moving into a direction of nowhere and you don't know it. You're not aware that you're doing the same thing over and over again because you're so comfortable doing it, sometimes you don't like it anymore, you hated it but because it's already ingrained into your sub conscious mind... you can't stop it anymore, you are doing it everyday already.
THE MAIN REASON WHY YOU'RE NOT WINNING IN LIFE
The main reason why you're always failing is because you're always on an auto pilot mode, you're doing the same mistakes over and over again. You're stuck in a habit that is making your life worse, you don't know it because you're having fun with it or maybe you don't like it but you're too addicted with the emotion that it gives to you that's why you keep doing it. Just like a heroin addict who will take heroin everyday, sometimes he hates it already because he still know that it's damaging his life but he can't resist it because somehow the emotion that it gives to him feels like stress reliever, he ca't stop it anymore because it's already in his system. But don't get me wrong, he can still stop it only if he face the pain and discomfort of not taking heroin for a day. Once he stop it for a day then the journey begins, he has a big chance to get rid of it from his system if he keeps facing the discomfort of not tasting it anymore.
CHANGE WILL ONLY HAPPEN IF YOU'RE TOO UNCOMFORTABLE
If you want to change your life but you're too comfortable with it now... change will never happen, you can only experience change if you are wiling to embrace the discomfort that the process of change brings. Just like a fat diabetic kid who wants to become healthy... he will forced himself to stop eating cakes and ice creams, he needs to force himself to feel good eating carrots and grasses, he needs to enjoy the pain of not eating his favorite diabetic foods anymore... that's when change will take place. If you really want a new life then embrace pain, embrace the process of doing what you don't want to do that are necessary and important and stopping what you love to do that are useless and making your life miserable. Look at yourself, are you comfortable or not? if yes then you better look for a process that will make you feel
