HABITS IS STRONGER THAN DISCIPLINE

Habit is a very powerful too to give you success. If you can create a habit into your system that is right and beneficial then it will be easier for you to become successful. Discipline is harder because there is too much force on it, it's as effective as any positive technique out there but you need at least 2 weeks to discipline yourself to form a very strong foundation, it takes time to build a character. But if you were to build a habit now and sustain it forever... you don't need to discipline yourself anymore, it becomes automatic, you will be on an auto pilot mode. Choose a habit and do it everyday, just like a habit of earning money everyday, let's say you want to earn 200 dollars a day or even a thousand... you need to make it a habit. It should be on your system, you should feel weird if you can't earn a specific amount that you set, you shouldn't sleep if you haven't earned your desired amount yet.

A STRONG HABIT DOESN'T NEED DISCIPLINE ANYMORE

If your job is to discipline yourself then you will get lose, disciplined of what? disciplined in working hard? or staying late at night? or waking up early? Disciplined in spending your money right? Discipline has a wide scope, you will get lost sometimes. But if you will form a habit such as saving money, doing a work in a specific way, practicing everyday, doing more everyday, finishing fast, starting fast then it will never be hard for you to discipline yourself, it becomes automatic. If you are planning to discipline yourself then sometimes it won't last long, it's because you don't know how to discipline yourself. For example, if you are planning to discipline yourself to get fit then what kind of fitness exercise are you going to do? how many hours? how many days? what is the exact process? what are the right steps? it's sounds overwhelming right? but if you will just form a habit of running for just 20-30 mins everyday.

HABIT IS VERY POWERFUL

Habit is very hard to get rid off in your life, that is why drug addicts feels like dying when they tried to stop their addiction, it's already ingrained into their system. Some addicts told us that they don't like their addiction anymore but they can't stop it because it's already a deep habit rooted in their system and they don't know how to stop it anymore.

That's why habit is stronger than discipline, discipline takes willpower and time, habit is already there, it's easy to maintain it because it's recorded on your sub conscious mind. Once yo created a habit that create wealth, health, success and any other goods... you're set in life. That is why rich people keeps getting richer, successful people keeps getting successful, winners keeps winning... it's because they have the right habits in their system and they keep building that habit, they make it stronger and stronger each day. Winning is a habit, so if you keep losing up to now, it only means you don't have the right habit and right mental attitude.

CREATE A HABIT IF YOU CAN'T DISCIPLINE YOURSELF

So if you can't discipline yourself to work hard then create a habit. How are you going to do it? look for something you can do everyday that has a some benefits, something that you will enjoy and keep doing it everyday, never stop it, make it as a part of your system. So if you want to get rich and you don't want to work hard, just create a habit that can earn some money. Let's say a habit of selling, a habit if creating content on you tube that has a potential to generate some income, a habit of creating some products that has a potential of selling. If you can manufacture a right habit that will work then you don't need to work hard anymore, life will become much easier. That's why there are some people who doesn't seem to get tired but keeps on winning, they have the right habit, they have the right mental attitude, they don't need to force themselves anymore to move, it's already natural in their daily lives.

So if you can't discipline yourself to go to the gym everyday to stay healthy then just create a habit that you will like. Pick the easiest exercise that you can think of, let's say walking or jogging, it's not that complicated right? do it everyday, just do it, make it a habit and you will see that you are making progress. You don't need to hire a coach anymore or enroll at the expensive gym, you just need to build a habit of walking everyday and you will be fine. The good thing about mastering a habit is once you've already mastered a specific habit, you can now create a new habit that is related with it. Let's say you already have  a habit of walking everyday and it's hard to remove it, you can now create a habit if running a little bit, you can alternate the two... jog today and run tomorrow. It's going to be a lot of fun because you will see progress.

HOW TO INSTANTLY CREATE A HABIT?

It's simply showing up, it's simply doing it without thinking that you need to become perfect. So if you want to create a habit of exercising everyday then just show up, it doesn't matter if you do it for 10 minutes or 20 minutes, it doesn't matter if you go hard or go soft, what matters is you show up and you never miss a day. It's simply doing it everyday, you just do it without any form of excuses, you just do it even if you feel so bored and tired. Look at those stupid chainsmokers... they don't need to think about smoking anymore, they just smoke it, they just destroy their lungs, they don't even think about the danger of smoking... they just smoke, it's because it's already their habit, they can't stop it anymore.

The formula is simply just doing it, pick a habit that you want to maintain and do it for the whole year... you will see that you will be doing it for the rest of your life, it's hard to get rid off it from your system.

I've been exercising for almost 2 years straight now, my habit is simply just moving. Whether it's about shadow boxing, yoga, HIIT etc. I just do what I feel doing everyday, my mindset is sto simply move my body and sweat a little bit, and it is working for me, I feel so weird whenever I haven't exercise yet.
