STRESS SHOULD BE SELF INFLICTED

Are you stressed right now? why? is your boss telling you to do an overtime for 5 more hours? is he forcing you to work? is the traffic so heavy? is your salary not enough? are you stuck in a rut and you don't know how to get away from it? Are you doing the job that you hate for the sake of having something to feed for your family? are you sick and tired of your life because it's repeating over and over again and you don't know what to do?

Stress will always attack you, the funny thing is... you don't know when it's going to attack you. There will be unexpected over time, unexpected traffic because of unexpected events or accidents, there will be unexpected turn of events. You're not in control here because you let yourself be out of control, you let yourself be controlled by others, you are letting your present circumstances control you, you are losing your grip and power, you don't know how powerful you are because you let fear get the best of you.

How to be in control? You will know it when you decide to do it on your own, when you decide that you can earn your own money, success and happiness. You will be in control if you can decide on your own and never let anything or anyone affect your decision or lifestyle. If you want to be in control then you need to build a belief system that you can use during times of crisis or difficulties.

At the end of the day, no one is immune to stress. But the difference between a successful person and not is the successful person is willing to self inflict the stress. Meaning he choose it, he welcome it into his life. Successful people chooses stress that has benefits, they engage in stressful activities that has pressure and stress but has a lot of benefits in the future. You should be the one whose putting stress on yourself and not other people nor circumstances. If you want to become a winner in life then take charge.

You should choose the stress that is right for you. Choose the stress that will give you a good life, never let your boss inflict a stress to you, you have to create the life that you want and never let anything decide that is best for you, because they are not going to give you the best, they will just use you for their own agenda.

Successful people always put stress on themselves, it's a healthy stress, it's a stress that will never kill them, they love the pressure, they love the process, it's because they set up their lives according to their own timing, decisions, likes and passion. They never let any form of useless stress affect their lives.

So if you want to change your life, you need to choose a stress that will make you successful. Most people are dealing with stress that are killing them, avoid doing the same thing. Think different, choose a stress that will make you grow and rich, not a kind of stress that is making you poorer and unhappier. Remember that not all stress are really painful, some stress are only hard to endure in the beginning but once you get use to it you will see that you need it because it's making you a better person.

This is the reality, that's why only few people developed and reach their peak. It's because only few people are willing to embrace the stress. Most people will choose the flight over fight mode. Most people simply want comfort, they want they easy life, they want shortcuts and that kind of mindset is what makes them a failure. If you really want to grow and experience a different life then embrace the stress. Embrace the stress that has benefits, endure it and it will turn you into a beast. Practice inflicting stress to your life and watch how can it transform you into something special. Deal with the pain, don't shy away from it, don't be scared of it because what can't kill you only make you strong. But always remember that not all stress are beneficial, some stress are useless like competing with other people and proving to them that you are the best, drinking too much and having a hangover tomorrow, solving the problem of others etc. Be careful of what kind of stress you are putting into your life because some stress will only make your life worse. Choose the stress wisely, inflict the stress that will improve your life and help you reach your goals and aspirations.

So whenever you're struggling, whenever you're failing by chasing your goal... be happy, it means you are growing and expanding, it means you are becoming a better person. There is no growth without pain, that is why it's hard to change... most people doesn't want to leave their comfort zones.
