Stop being too emotional, stop being too dramatic and cry baby, stop feeling regrets or feeling incomplete... after all, it's just another emotion, it's just another day.
You win you're happy, you lose you cry, what's the difference, it's just another emotion that will go away. You're sad for now you can become happy again tomorrow, you're happy today you will become sad again for whatever reason, just being tired will make you sad if you work hard so the conclusion is never make your emotion a big deal because it is nothing, it's controlling you for whatever reason because you prioritize it too much. It's ok to get overwhelmed, it's ok to get tired, it's ok to feel the pain, it's ok to become scared, it's ok to get stunned or stressed or lost. It's really ok, it's ok if you're embarrassed or humiliated or criticized, if you will stop being too emotional then you can live forever, you will never feel weak, you will never care about what people say anymore.
Your emotions has no price, it can't be sold so why dwell too much on it, it will not even make you a better person, all it does is control you or stop you. It will control you and make your decisions go wrong, it can also stop you because you're not focusing on the process instead you focus on what is making you feel something.

If you want to become something else, if you want to become bigger than yourself then you need to forget your emotions, you need to feel like a stone, there is no room for emotions if you're chasing success, it's not time to become emotional nowadays, you have to stay still and stay committed to your dreams. You get scared because you're scared of feeling something, you don't want to take the blame, you don't want to get criticized, all you want is to look perfect. Your emotion is nothing, you will feel something everyday, you will feel negative or positive, it's all up to you how to handle those emotions and still make good decisions in life. Stop getting addicted with activities that is giving you a temporary high, stop getting addicted with good emotions... these emotions were not real because it's not forever. Your emotions are controlling you, sometimes the worse is you're making bad decisions because you always wanted to feel good right away, you always wanted to become comfortable. That's why you're not working hard, you choose to become lazy, you choose to not go the extra mile because comfort is available now. You allow yourself to quit now, watch TV, not do your tasks on time, not push yourself to the limits, it's because you choose to feel good now but the bad thing is it has an effect in the end, you will suffer more because you want instant gratification.
THE ONLY WAY TO SUPPRESS ANY NEGATIVE EMOTION
The only way to suppress any negative emotion is to stay calm and move forward, do something positive, may it be cleaning your room or sweeping the floor... trust me it will make you feel good. You need to stay busy and stay active all the time, never let your mind think because it will make you feel worse even more, your mind is full of negative juices right now... you need to take one positive action and live in the moment so that you will feel good again. Motivation will only come out if you're taking action, watch yourself... are you moving or not, if not then you're in big trouble, you need to force yourself to do something or else it will be game over for you. So move forward and stop thinking too much, worrying is the playground of the devil, idleness will poison your mind, you have to take charge now and do what is right for your life, work and do something that will create something in the future. Because actions will entertain you, it will help your mind to stop from worrying and thinking about the future, a single step will put you back in the moment. Son't worry because any feeling will soon go away, all you have to do is keep moving forward all the time and never stop, exhaust yourself, if you really want a different life now then focus on the process and not on how you feel. The process is the most important thing and not what you see, feel or hear. Doing the process has benefits, dwelling with your emotions has none.
