YOU CAN BE BRAVE

What you don't know is that you can be brave, you can be something that you thought you can't be. You can endure a lot of hardships in life, you can face a lot of obstacles along the way. You can be brave today and face all what is scaring you. Just feel it, look fear into its eyes and feel nothing about it, it's possible. Don't do anything, don't react, don't think, just look fear into its eyes and you will see that it will dissolve easily. Fear is becoming more powerful every time you resist and shy away from it, face it like a real man, face it like you have nothing to lose and fear will go away that fast.

I have this one unforgettable experience where I am trying to discipline my friend's son, the kid was so bad and he is not listening to anyone, one day I decided to teach him a lesson. I am scaring him that I will lock him inside the bathroom, at first few days the trick is working but one day the kid decided to face his fears. He is not resisting anymore. Before, when I was about to scare him I am dragging him towards the bathroom and threatening him that I will lock him, he was crying before and always shouting, he was full of resistance and fighting back. But now, he isn't scared anymore, the trick is not working anymore, every time I tried to pull the trick... he is not crying anymore, he is just looking at me, he is not fighting back, he is even letting me to pull him towards the bathroom. That moment I felt that the kid already let go of his fears of being locked inside the bathroom, he is not feeling anything about that trick anymore so the trick looks weak, there is no more fear being created by that trick that's why it looks powerless. The key here is the kid never resisted anymore, he learned how to let go, he knew that nothing bad will happen to him inside the bathroom so what is the use of being scared to that situation.

What you are being scared about will become weak if you decided not to react on it. Don't do anything, don't talk about it, don't feel bad about it, don't try to amplify it, feel nothing about it and it will go away. Another good example is a disease, if you are sick your sickness will become stronger and worse if you're scared about it, it will affect your psychology and body, you will believe that you're in trouble. But if you decided not to do anything, not feel anything and simply go with it.. it will become weak, you will be able to neutralize it, you will be able to move later and live a better life.

A worse situation becomes worst if you will become scared of it. It's ok to become scared but don't be scared forever, understand that calmness and embracing the situation will make you powerful. Sometimes all you can do is be quiet and let go, just embrace it and never feel anything about it, have peace with it and never think of it as a big deal.

Just like in fighting a bully, let him do his thing, just stay still and never try to react, the bully will go away once he feel that he can no longer make you feel bad. If you can make him believe that you're not affected of his antics and you can feel happy with what is going on... the bully will wonder and feel weak because he can never hurt you anymore.

YOU CAN BE BRAVE.

You can do the impossible, you can chase that big dream, you can apply for a high paying job, you can invent your own process, you can be a politician, you can live forever. All you need to do is look fear into its eyes and make it powerless by not doing nor feeling anything. Just fake the bravery in the beginning and it will become real in the end.
