THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD THINK WHEN YOU FEEL PRESSURE

There is only one thing you should think when you're under pressure, do you know what it is? BREATHING. Think about your breathing, feel you breathe, be aware of the air going in and out of your lungs. If you can manage your breathe and be in the moment with it then the pressure will be gone. What's happening now is not so important, no need to feel the pressure at all. You always think that you need to make it happen, you always think that something is chasing you, you want to become comfortable right away. You don't know that the only thing you need is the air that you breathe. Once you focus on breathing, you will appreciate life, you will understand that nothing is important in this world other than breathing. So whenever you feel that you're under pressure... just breathe, just feel life. You don't need to win, you don't need to please other people, you don't need to look good to other people, you don't need anything at all, all you need to do is feel life.

Pressure is nothing, what will happen will happen, just stay calm and give your very best, always think about the right thoughts, focus on what you can control and that is your actions and emotions. You can control how you feel if you will just stay calm. Even if you feel so bad now, so what? that emotion will soon go away. Focus on your breathing and everything will be alright, just one breathe a time and forget everything else that is making you feel bad.

Pressure can only affect you if you're panicking and entertaining negative thoughts. Let go, detach from everything. Forget about everything that is making you suffer. You can change everything around you if you stay calm and composed. Just laugh at the pressure, there is nothing to worry about, what will happen will happen, don't resist because you will only feel badder if you resist, just let the situation flow.
