CHOOSE SUSTAINABLE OVER HARD CORE

Some people wants to become great right away, they were so attracted to what they saw on social media or what they hear from fake coaches that simply wants to get their money. They will seduce you with their attractive process and products, you don't know that you are being setup for a trap that will leave you clueless and resultsless in the end. Later you will find out that what they are teaching is so difficult and you can't sustain it for a long period of time.

For example, if you want to get fit and you hired a coach that is teaching you advance drills, I mean super heavy drills... it will not work, you can never sustain it because you're not on that level yet. You need to start being slow, start what you can do and stay consistent everyday. Just master consistency, master discipline and you will get results faster than expected. Most people will go hard for 2 or three days then they will rest for weeks or months, they will find themselves looking like a bloated bum again. It's because they choose arrogance over consistency. They will lift hard core weights, run for an hour and post it on social media with #change and then you will see that after a month they haven't change anything.

You can create your own process and trust it for the rest of your life. For example, if you are trying to lose weight... you can simply cut the sugar and salt intake, you can sustain it for a long period of time. Unlike a diet that requires expensive fruits, salads and juices... your money will run out following that diet, it is hard core and you can never sustain it, the result is failure.

Just simply jogging for 20-30 mins a day without miss is more effective than taking yoga classes that will serve as a liability every week or month, it is very hard to sustain, you will even hard a time convincing yourself to attend the class regularly.

Getting results is very easy, choose a process and do it for a year, let's see if you can't see any results from it. Your life will change, just pick something that you can do everyday, it doesn't need to be advance and spectacular, just make sure you can sustain it and you're already on the path of success and making results.
