4 STRESS RELIEVERS THAT ARE DESTROYING YOUR HEALTH LITTLE BY LITTLE


There are plenty of stress relievers out there that are deceiving, you thought they are helping you but the reality is they don't, they are only putting your health at risk. You keep on using these stress relievers that the main purpose is to just sell you something and not help you at all. Be careful because you are slowly getting killed by these stress relievers, you think they are helping but the truth is they are only making you feel better today but they are killing you in the long run.

Beware of what stress reliever you are using because it may hurt you in the long run, it may work for now and make you feel better but will backfire on you in the end.

1. Smoking. To others smoking feels good when they are stressed, they feel relaxed but the truth is it's not making them feel better. The real reason they feel better when smoking is because they disconnected from their work and do some other things, they think that smoking is taking away their stress but the truth is it's making their situation worse because they were relying on it too much, they can't work anymore without a cigarette, they can't stand a single day without puffing a stick. According to research, 90.3% of smokers who use cigarette as stress got badly sick. Smoking is not taking away your stress, it's just a past time, it disconnects you from work that's why you were relieved.

2. Food. Food is making you fat, stress eating, eating a lot just to feel good for a while. The more you do stress eating the more you will get fat, you will become dependent from food. It will give you a more stressful life because of bad eating habits. Food is a pleasure, it is not good to eat a lot of junk food, sweets, meats when you're stressed, this will become part of your life and you will become obese one day, it's not good, it's not healthy, you better eat a chewing gum as a substitution for the food. Food is one of the main reasons why you're unhealthy, stop making it as a stress reliever if you want to have a longer life.

3. Coffee. They say that coffee will make you feel more alive. It will take away your sleep mood and can trigger your higher mind, it's not true. All it does is make your acid higher, you will become acidic because of coffee. Your blood pressure will go higher, you will become a hot headed person because of coffee. You will become stress even more because you will experience a lot of nervousness during random situations, it will create a level of fear that comes from nowhere.

4. Energy Drink. Energy drink will give you a fake energy. It will only give you a one to two hours of power then you will feel drained after that time span. Energy drink is bad to your health because it will make your heart palpitate, you can't stop it because the chemical is controlling your heart. It's scary because sometimes the palpitation will happen randomly. When your body is already dependent on energy drinks you will always feel weak, your day will be like you're strong for a couple of hours then your body will go down when the energy drink has no more effect.

HOW TO CONQUER STRESS NATURALLY

1. Pausing. If you can pause then pause for a while, disconnect from the conflict that is going on. It's either you stop your work or you take a very short nap. Pausing will reset your mind, you don't need to be pushing all the time, your body will break down if you keep on pushing without having a little break.

2. Water. Drinking water is good enough to eliminate stress, it's better than energy drink or coffee. It will rehydrate your body and will give your mind some fluids to keep it running smooth again. Drinking water will refreshen your soul. Just try it, if you are stress then drink water and you will be alright. Your body is made up of water, if you can water your body then you will have more energy.

3. Meditate. Learn to meditate while working, if you're at the office in front of your computer, you can focus on your breathing. Breathe deeply, focus on your breathe. Inhale and exhale slowly, do this for 2-5 minutes and you will feel much much better. Meditation will make your mind breathe, meditation will make you more relaxed and think clearly.
