3 BASIC THINGS TO DO TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Most people wanted to change, but they are having a hard time doing it because don't have a proper guide. The read books, they purchase online coaching sessions, they buy CDs that they thought will change them and then what? they remain the same bums forever, their lives never change. It's because they don't really want to change, they were not patient, if they can't see a progress then they will quit easily. Change will not happen if you're always feeling comfortable, it will only happen if you will embrace pressure and pain. Change is hard to do, if it's easy then everybody will do it. If you really wanted to change then you better change you thinking now, change the way you behave now and forget all the habits and pattern of thoughts that are making your life difficult.

1. Start now. Start now. If you want to change your body start now, if you want to change your life start now, if you want to become rich start now. It will never happen tomorrow, do you really believe that you can make it tomorrow? do you really believe that you can start tomorrow? Start now even if you feel like you don't want to start. Start now where you are with what you have. Stop waiting for the perfect time, stop waiting for a hero to save you... start now and do it fast. Execute your ideas, do something, unleash the genius side of you. Keep pushing and always stay consistent until you finally make a change in your life.

2. Look for the most uncomfortable moments. You will never change if you're always feeling comfortable, you will never be able to turn around your life if you're always relaxed and having a slow pace. You need to look for the most uncomfortable moments if you really want to change your life. Change is only hard in the beginning, but once you get use to those uncomfortable moments... you will be able to change your life. Look at yourself, if you always feel comfortable then you're not changing at all. Those uncomfortable moments are blessings, just because it doesn't feel right doesn't mean there is no good thing about it. The more you make yourself uncomfortable the more you will become comfortable in the future. It's just like investing on a business, it's not working in the beginning but the return of investment will show in the end.

3. Stick with your goal. Always be aware if you're not on the right track anymore, always be aware if you're not doing anything that will make your life much better. If you find yourself doing something else that is stopping the process of change... stop it and go back to the process of changing. Focus is the number one key in order for the change to happen. Stick with your goal, if your goal is making millions then stick with it. Doing it for 60 straight days will make change your life. It's because your mind and actions were focused on that goal, the change will happen naturally without even noticing it.
