FEAR WILL CREATE YOUR COURAGE

You can't be courageous without fear, you can't be brave without facing a frightening obstacle in your life. So be happy if you're scared because it means you will become courageous... and that will only happen if you don't quit. So just keep fighting, keep moving forward all the time and stop thinking about the bad things that may happen. You will only create courage if you will face what is in front of you and feel the negative emotion no matter what. Face it like a real man, face it like it can't touch you. Face what scares you, face what is threatening you. You have to face it now if you want to feel courage later. Because every time you postpone facing something... the fear becomes bigger and bigger but if you decide to face it then your problem will be solved.

So keep feeling that fear, play with it, laugh at it, look it in its eyes and you will see that it can never harm you for a bit, all it can do is make you feel and once you feel it peacefully... that fear will turn into courage. Because you will realize that you're the only one who's scaring yourself, you're the only one who's making your own life hard.

So whenever something is frightening you and making your tail wag uncomfortably... face it, look at it, feel it and never give it any other big meaning. Fear is not important, it's not worth it yet you keep on believing it, never believe in something that is not helping you at all. You only have to believe on what is making you powerful, excited, motivated and energetic. If fear is there... understand that it's normal and after it is courage, understand that fear is nothing and it can never kill you at all, it can only poison your mind if you allow it.
