DISCOMFORT MEANS HAPPINESS

Discomfort means happiness, it means progress, it means you are evolving as a person and you're doing something that will make your life better in the future. Discomfort means exercise, studying, doing what is urgent, doing your job, taking full responsibility of your life... these are all uncomfortable but it will make your life better and stronger. If you want to become happier... embrace the discomfort because it's the only way to make you feel like growing, growing and improving creates happiness. Look at those people who were addicted to laziness, useless activities and pleasures... they are always depressed. Just start now, force yourself to work and do whatever it takes to win in life. It is uncomfortable but you can make things happen, you can take it one step at a time, all you have to do is do it. Just start and never stop. You will feel bad, you will feel heavy but it is what it is, if you're not going to force yourself then nothing will happen to you. Stop thinking too much and just do it, start now and do whatever it takes to succeed in life. Discomfort is a good thing, moving is the best thing, being stagnant and lazy is the worst thing you could ever do in your life. So if you want to grow... just start, start now and do it, start now and never wait for something to happen before you execute. The time is now, clock is ticking, always remind yourself that you can still take actions even if you're feeling something. Nothing can stop you, you are unstoppable and you have to remind yourself about it. Nothing can ever hold you back, nothing can ever make you stuck forever, you ae the only one who is stopping yourself from growing. Take it day by day, take it one step at a time and you will feel powerful more than ever. Once you take the first step... follow through, go all the way and never look back. Never let anything stop you, never let your feelings slow you down, be fast and never wait for anything. This is a habit, speed is a culture, get use to it and you will be surprised with what you will get. The moment you find yourself procrastinating again... slap yourself and go back to work, this is simply building the right character and attitude, once you have the right mental attitude... sky is the limit to you. So if you want to become happier... move, don't think, thinking will make you depressed and unhappy, overthinking will make you a useless person. Some people will make dramas and some people will move and take matters into their own hands, the question is which side are you? Are you on the strong side or are you on the weak side? the choice is always yours. You can choose your thoughts and actions.
