ADMIT THAT YOU'RE SCARED

Are you scared? are you shaking? don't you know what do next? are you anticipating bad things? don't worry, it's ok, admit that you're scared so that fear will go away easily. The reason why your fears don't go away is because you're so scared of being scared. But if you can admit to yourself that you're scared to death right now then you will become relaxed in just a moment.

So what if you're scared? don't panic because that fear will only stay for 5 minutes or even lesser than that time frame. Fear can no longer scare you if you're willing to face it now and do something about it. Just do something, think about something that will entertain your mind and free you from being scared. Take it slowly, breathe deeply and never rush things, just relax because everything is being properly handled.

Being scared is a blessing, you shouldn't stay away from that feeling, never resist it because the more you resist it the more fear will become stronger. Fear is a blessing because the moment you survive it... you go to a different level, you become a stronger human being, sometimes you will even look for some stronger level of fear because nothing scares you anymore. It's ok being scared, some men were so afraid of being called scared, their ego were telling them that they should man up and look like a savage every time they were provoked of being scared.

So what if you're scared? you are just a human, you are suppose to feel it. But if you want to have an edge in life then you should embrace all of your fears, you shouldn't be scared of what may happen next. We are all scared, even the most brutal president in History was once scared, even Hitler was scared... don't be afraid to feel it, it's too normal, it's not complicated, you will just feel it for a while and you will feel good again later.

If you're not afraid to admit that you're scared and you don't need to explain yourself anymore why you're scared then courage will start to build. Being scared means you will feel better later, not all the time you will feel negative. After negative is positive so when you're scared now... just breathe and relax and you will feel better later.
