BEING FEARLESS IS POSSIBLE

RUGGED BREED

I thought before that being fearless is not possible, but upon years of studies and research and also trial and error method... I found out that being fearless is possible and it's a state that can be experienced by anyone. No matter how scared you are, no matter how coward you are for the past few years... you can still become fearless today... it is possible.

HOW TO BECOME FEARLESS? Completely detach yourself from anything, detach yourself from external things and people. If you are scared you will think about getting comfortable, and what makes you feel uncomfortable is what will happen in the future, you're scared of what people might say and how uncomfortable you will become and the people in your circle if you didn't get what you need. You're scared that if you didn't make it then the people around you will suffer, the people around you will not have a good life. You're scared of what might people say against you, literally... you're afraid of people. But if you have nothing to lose and you just think about enjoying life or giving your very best... you will become fearless. If you focus on the process and not the people or things around you then you will achieve a state of fearlessness, you will feel free, nothing can make you feel bad, nothing can threaten you. Just detach yourself from any thoughts, people or things that makes you feel bad. Just ignore all of them and you will feel powerful, you will become very confident.

Because the truth is... you're the only one who's scaring yourself by entertaining wrong thoughts that creates a lot of burden and resistance. But if you will just relax and let things be as it is... you will feel free, you will feel lighter and easier, you will become creative and playful.

So detach from anything that you want to happen, detach from anything that scares you and you will feel fearless.

Fear was caused by wanting something so badly that you can't stop thinking about it, it was caused by panicking and wanting to feel comfortable right away, you want a solution right away. The more you rush things... the bigger your fear will become. Stay still and never panic, detach from the thoughts that are making you feel stressed, you don't need anything. Never think about the negative future, think about the possibilities that will make you feel good.

Being fearless is possible. If you will accept the possibilities of defeat, embarrassment, failure and not succeeding... you are free, if you can have peace of not getting what you want and not being comfortable all the time.. you will become fearless. Fearlessness is just a state, it is possible to feel it, it is free, anyone can have it. Just detach from anything, never value anything. Never value success, never value safety and comfort, just try to let go and you will feel powerful and fearless.
