FEEL POSITIVE ABOUT YOUR EMOTIONS

You need to feel positive about your emotions. Any emotions that you have right now may it be good or bad... feel good about it, feel positive. It's your emotions, it's how you feel, it's part of who you are. Whatever you are feeling, may it be fear, excitement, depression, anxiety or any kind of emotion... feel positive about it. It's a good thing that you can still embrace it because it means you're still alive and you know what is happening in your life. Don't worry because any kind of negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, overwhelming emotions will soon be gone.

We all experience fear at a certain level, some were really scared and some were scared a little bit. But always remember that this life is just a game, if you can make your mind tough and stop being too emotional then you can win any kind of challenge. So don't be scared to become scared, don't be scared to feel any kind of negative emotion, embrace it all... that's the only way to win, that's the only way to overcome fears.

It's ok even if you can't neutralize those negative emotions right away, don't panic and just stay calm, stay relaxed and stop thinking if you can. Sometimes not doing anything at all will give you peace, it will make your mind clear and forget all those scary thoughts that are making your life difficult.
