HOW TO STOP A BAD HABIT

Habit is what creates our reality, what we repeatedly do is who we are, it reflects to everything in our lives. So if you're always procrastinating then you're a procrastinator, your progress is slow, your life is going down, you're not making any improvement, in other words you're a pain in the ass.

FORGET COMFORT

If you want some change, you really need to forget comfort. Embrace the pain. Change will not take place if you're always pampering yourself. Comfort is for the weak, it is for people who can't evolve. Look at yourself, every time you play video games for 5 hours or more your mind is getting rusty, you're not doing the things that you are suppose to do, you're going down. Every time you skip a strict diet you are gaining more pounds, every time you sleep for more than 6 hours a client goes away. Every time you check that email or stupid social media account you let a single dollar go away, every second is money keep that in your mind. Comfort and fast entertainment is killing you. Every time you choose to watch TV instead of exercising you are letting your body become weak. Comfort will only make your situation worse, it is fun, it is entertaining but it's not giving you any edge in life, it's pulling you down and making your life even worse.

ALWAYS LOOK AT YOURSELF IF YOU'RE ABOUT TO ESCAPE WHAT YOU HAVE STARTED

Most of the time when you start something and you feel that it's already getting too hard... you will quit and look for a more entertaining or easier task. This is what most people do and that's why it's really hard for them to change their lives. Look at yourself, you're being coward again running from your responsibility. Don't you know that all you have to do is do it and that's it. Once you start never escape the work when it gets hard, keep pushing, keep focusing, never light a cigarette nor eat a junk food... just keep on working until you get the job done. Look at your life, you've been living the same way over and over again, it feels like you're in a rat race but you're not doing something about it. You're taking your opportunities for granted. Aren't you sick and tired of living the same  way? it feels like forever right? nothing is exciting about your bad attitude, you're not getting anything from it, you're just going down.

OVERWRITE THE BAD HABIT WITH A GOOD ONE

If you're smoking a cigarette every 30 minutes then just drink water. If you keep on watching You tube videos that you know is not helping then just watch some motivation or do something that can give you money. If you find yourself thinking about negative things then try to at least calm your mind and think about the effects that it can do to you, try thinking positive instead. There is something you can do to replace your bad habit, you can always overwrite a negative with a positive one, it's just a matter of deciding which one to pick. Because the choice is always yours. The world can't do anything to stop you from changing, your mind can't stop you, your body can't stop you, if you really want to make something happen then you will make it happen no matter what the consequence is. Always remember that you have to do what is right for you, the only choice you're going to pick is what will make your life better and what will bring you closer form your goals.

JUST DON'T DO IT

Just don't, use your willpower. Always think about the future and the life you've been dreaming of, success is all about picking the right habits. If you can just build the right habits, pick the right thoughts, discipline yourself then you will become super extra ordinary, you will live an incredible life. I know that it's hard because it's fun doing the useless things, it's already ingrained into your system but the only choice you have is stopping yourself from destroying yourself. It's either you stop doing it or don't do anything at all. If you're almost freaking out because you feel so uncomfortable stopping yourself then just don't do anything, don't think, don't move stay still for a few minutes. You will find out that it's not really that hard to do the right thing, all you have to do is feel, feel yourself, feel the change happening inside, endure the pain, feel happy that you were able to stop yourself from doing nonsense things that are putting you down.

DEVELOP A KILLER INSTINCT

Once you start something, finish it no matter what. Stop looking at your cellphone, stop trying to surf something on the internet, stop thinking about your hobbies, stop looking for comfort. Once you start it... go for the kill, be like an assassin, develop that killer instinct. This mentality will put you to another level, this will put you to greatness. Trust me you, will become very productive, you will be able to take massive actions, nothing can stop you, you will become relentless. Go for the kill, set the target and go for the kill, never stop until you're done. You must be a strong starter and a fast finisher, never quit when it's hard, keep going hard when the going gets tough, that's what winners do, that's what great people do every single day.

TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME

Discipline yourself now and discipline yourself again tomorrow and the next day and so on. It should never stop, it should be forever, just focus on this day and repeat again tomorrow. If you can discipline yourself for a month then you're already good, you're already on the right path and the foundation was already strong, it will be hard for you to become unfocused again. It's already hard in the beginning, it will become so much easier as you push forward and embrace discomfort. Soon the uncomfortable will become very easy, the discomfort will still be there but it will be easier for you to do the right thing. Be patient, never rush the process, keep moving forward no matter what. Move when you already have a chance to move and never waste your time overthinking if you're progressing or not, if you're doing the right thing and disciplining yourself then you're already on the right path, there is nothing else to worry about.
