The key to create it is to free yourself. Just do it, if there is something that you can do or you have to do... just do it. Forget about failing, forget about being wrong... just do it. The path of least resistance is real, it doesn't mean you don't have to do anything, it doesn't mean you don't need to work hard, path of least resistance simply means you feel much better while doing something may it be hard or easy.
FORGET YOUR IDENTITY
Forget that you have a big name. Forget that you are special, always treat yourself as nothing. There is nothing to lose, there is no identity or richness to be proud of. If you will stay humble, open minded and not bragging about what you have... you will feel free, it's because there is lesser pressure to be felt, you don't need to prove yourself to anyone and that is power. Always think that you are nothing, there is nothing to prove, there is nothing to conserve, you're just a human being... a normal and ordinary human being that is open to different experiences. Anything is possible for you, you can try anything, you can dream about anything without feeling the pressure that you might fail, you don't have any reputation to protect. Forget about what people might say, forget about how people think of you and just live your life and do what you need to do.
DETACH FROM THE OUTCOME NO MATTER WHAT
Forget what may happen next. Forget what the outcome will be. Just focus on the present moment, creation is happening now, it's not happening in the future nor past. Just focus on the now and enjoy what you are doing, life is happening now so why worry about the future? just live your life to the fullest now and the possibilities will open. What will happen will happen so relax, detach from the outcome if it's frustrating that you can't get anything right, just move forward and let your rhythm build up.
FOCUS ON GIVING YOUR BEST AND NOT EXPECTING SOMETHING IN RETURN RIGHT AWAY
Focus on the process, just focus on giving your best and never expect that everything should be perfect. Don't expect to get rewarded right away because you will only get frustrated if you can't make results and that will make the process harder, it will make you quit in the long run. Don't be afraid to work hard and get nothing, don't be afraid to give your all but still get less. Just give your best, it doesn't matter if you get something or not what matters is you give your best.
THINK THAT EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
Consider everything as a possibility. Always think that something will work, and you will never know it if you will never try. Forget if it is hard or easy and just think that it's possible, because it is. You just need to try and stick with the process until it's done. Keep doing something for your goal and never give up. Try every possibility without having to fear that it may fail, it's possible if you will believe. Don't be afraid to fail, don't be afraid to try for one more time.
IGNORE THE CLOCK
If you need to do something and you're already late because you're lazy before... you need to stop looking at the clock because it will only add pressure to what you're doing, you will feel more uncomfortable knowing what time it is. Just keep going, don't rush, do everything you can do and forget the time. There is enough time for you to finish it, and even if your time is already running out you will still come up with something if you focus on taking actions instead of always looking at the clock, it will only add pressure to what you're feeling. Stay calm, be fast but don't panic, just give your best and take it one step at a time.
Time is putting pressure on you if you keep on thinking about it. No matter how much you look at your watch the time will never change, you're only wasting a lot of minutes or seconds that could have been use to do something more useful for the process. Ignore the clock, the time will never stop, just keep going and enjoy being pressured, enjoy doing the process even if time is running out.
REMOVE THE ACTIVITIES THAT FEELS HEAVY
You are doing too many things but some of it are only making your life harder. You have to cut some activities that doesn't give any progress to you. Yeah it's fun, you feel that it's important but the reality is it's becoming a burden, it's eating a lot of your time and energy and you're not getting anything in return. Just keep the activities that's making your life better, focus on the things that really matters and ignore some activities that are not contributing at all. Even the activities that are fun and give you good emotions may cause a lot of resistance, for example watching TV for 8 hours a day, it's fun right? but it's not giving you any growth or progress, it means it is a resistance so you need make an adjustment. It's either you stop watching or you lessen the number of hours for watching TV.
FORGET THE PAST AND NEVER BLAME YOURSELF
Blaming yourself is like punishing yourself. You will never be able to do something right anymore if you blame yourself. It will create a lot of resistance. Feel good about yourself, let go of the past because it's not relevant to your life anymore. Because you are the only one who can make yourself feel good and successful, why be harsh on yourself? you need to feel good all the time because you are the one who's going to put yourself on top and not anybody else, blaming yourself will only destroy your confidence and motivation. Forget all of your mistakes and shortcomings, move forward and try for one more time.
