STRESS IS ONLY MAKING YOUR MIND TOUGH

Don't be a cry baby, stop whining and complaining about stress, stop focusing on the noise inside and outside of your head.... stress is only making your mind tough. The more stress you face, the more you will become calmer and tougher. Your mind will be able to handle tough situations next time, it will have a lot of stressful references and none of them will scare you or make you feel bad anymore.

So if you feel bad now because you want something to change and you can't change it... just endure it, endure that negative emotion. It's just a stress, remember that stress is only making you tougher than yesterday, it's making your mind tougher, it's a blessing not a curse.

All you have to do is take actions even if you're stressed, you can rest for a while, pause for a while but never quit... keep plodding, it will become easier in a while. The more you feel stress the more your mind becomes tougher, remember that it's just a feeling, it's just an emotion, it can never kill you nor make you broke, if you can endure that negative feeling then you will see how tough you are. Endurance is the most powerful thing, facing stress is the most logical thing to do, don't persist... just feel it and let it make you a better person.

Your mind is your greatest weapon, if it is strong then you can overcome any challenge, you will never be afraid of anything that is threatening you, you will face everything that needs to be faced. Face it, feel it, never shy away from it because it has a lot of benefits. Don't be scared of it because nothing can kill you, no emotion can kill you, it can only make you go crazy but it has nothing more than that. Just relax if you feel it and always look at the bigger picture, focus on what you want to happen and your stress will tone down a little bit, ignore it and soon it will go away from your system.

So if you want your mind to become really tough... face all the stress that you can face, just make sure it is worth fighting for, make sure it has benefits in the end, never face a stress that will only make you suffer without getting anything. You're always in control if you're controlling your emotions, never freak out, stay calm and always try to breathe.

A tough mind will make you successful, it will never fail you, it will make you stay in the game until the end, it will protect you from anything that is stressing you. So face the stress and make your mind tougher every second.

Never get overwhelmed, stay in the moment, be aware of what is going on and never try to numb the stress by taking drugs, smoking or taking any substance. Just face it, feel it and you will have a veyr tough mind.
