You will try to escape the situation because it's too uncomfortable, you don't want to stay, you feel like you're running out of breathe, you're so overwhelmed, you're embarrassed, you feel like a loser, you feel so little, in other words... it's too painful. That's why you're trying to escape, that's why you can't take it anymore... you don't want to feel the pain, you want to become comfortable now.
You're not in the moment if you don't want to feel the pain, you're looking for an easy way out, you don't know that there is no easy way out, you will only feel good if you will face the pain and feel every detail of it. You have to understand that life is not all about feeling good nor being happy all the time, it's full of random emotions, if you're not ready for negative feelings then you're in big trouble, you will go crazy if something bad turns out.
Being in the moment is not rushing, you are aware of what is going on, you hear the sounds, you see the colors, you feel the air... even if the pace of the moment is fast you still feel slow motion. Yo never look for the fast finish, you are here to experience everything that is happening, you are simply ok with how you feel no natter how bad it is.
You are ok feeling nervous, scared, lost, excited, anxious, overwhelmed... you know that feelings come and go, you are welcoming any kind of emotion. You are ok feeling a lot of pain, it's not that you're masochistic... you just don't make dramas if the situation is hard, you just embrace it and try to make a good perception about it.
If you're stressed... just feel it, if you're confused, just feel it, if you think you're going crazy just stay calm and don't move, feel your feelings... see it come and go.
There is nothing wrong in feeling bad, what is wrong is you do something bad because of it. Don't panic because of the negative emotions, it's not the end of the world, you will still feel good tomorrow or even later.
Emotions will never stay forever, it will change. All you have to do is stay positive even if you're depressed, unhappy or feeling something bad in your body. You are tougher than you know about yourself, you really don't know your real toughness, you will know it once you endure the toughest times of your life.
Stop taking pain relievers, stop trying to numb the pain by different substances, if you can tolerate it then feel it. It will only make you a one tough son of a bitch so don't be scared to feel it again and again.
Stop crying, stop making dramas, stop looking for a sympathy, stop being needy... feel it and appreciate it. Feel it because you will even miss it if it's not there anymore. Feel it while it's still there, show pain that you're tougher.
Something that powers your mind. It is about motivation, self discipline, mental toughness, success, self development, achieving goals, techniques and ways to give you advantages in life.
