LIFE IS GOING UP AND DOWN

Life is full of ups and downs, you have to be used to it. Don't ever think that you will stay on top forever, you can stay for so long but time will come and someone will steal your place, someone will replace your position. Sometimes you will have problems, challenges will visit you and you have to be ready for it.

Don't be to arrogant, if you're winning now don't ever think that you will win forever. Not everyday is Christmas, sometimes it's all saints day. Look at the standings in any kind of sports, sometimes your team is up and sometimes it's down. That's how life works, it's very hard to stay on top.

Don't feel bad and hopeless if your life is not going well, don't be depressed if you're at the bottom. You can work your way back to the top, you can climb any mountain. Just persevere and take it one step at a time. And when you're at the top.. don't get too comfortable, always remember that life is full of surprises. People who gets too comfortable at the top usually falls down again. It's because they afford to be lazy, they're not pushing themselves anymore, they're not innovating, they let the competition eat them. You still have to work if you're at the top, you have to work harder, you have to double your work.

That's why it's hard to defend a title, athletes who just recently won a championship can't maintain the level that they're in before they won the title, they get cocky, they get too complacent that's why they can't keep the title for a very long time, they can't repeat.

Life is always going up and down, everything can go up and down. The business is going up and down, the relationships is going up and down, your money is going up and down, your health is going up and down. It's just a matter of who can stay on the game forever even if things are not going well.

If you're at the bottom all you have to do is work harder and wait for your turn. Wait for your time, your position will change if your perseverance is very strong. The world is round, life is always changing. If you can't adapt to any kind of situation then you're in big trouble, look at those rich spoiled kids who became poor because of several reasons... they don't know how to live anymore, they were shocked, they can't adapt, they're having a hard time to cope in life.

Don't panic if you're falling down, it's normal, life is like stocks... it's going up and down, nobody knows what will happen next but if you will stay positive and trust yourself... you will always win in the end, just do what you do best and never change your vision. It's not the one who is always winning, it's the one who will stay on the race until it's over.
