If you need to stop one thought because it is not helping you and only making you feel stuck, stop it. Don't imagine a different scenario, don't think about changing it, don't hope for a better situation and just stop it, stop feeling regret, stop going back to the past thinking you could have done better, let it go fast because it is only making you stuck. Be a shifter, stop making yourself stuck in one emotion for so long, stop thinking about something that doesn't help you at all, you need to think differently and move differently. You need to keep moving forward all the time so you won't be like a victim. Because wanting to change the past is a stupid move, it's not making you better rather it's making you worse and weak, what's the point of doing that? Because you are the only one who is punishing yourself by staying on a pattern that is making you feel bad and unproductive, stay busy and do something else to change your energy. Move instead of being stuck in an emotion that is making you weak, forget the past, forget what happened and carry on. Life is all about moving it is not about being stuck in a place or state that doesn't serve you. If your mind is thinking negatively think positively, force your mind to think differently, what is inside of you will reflect outside so be selective of what you think and how you feel. At the end of the day you are the creator of your reality no matter what, even if you don't believe it.. it's real, you are responsible for your life, you are the one who is creating your own problems and difficulties.
BECOME EMOTIONLESS
You can't make a breakthrough, you can't move, you can't change, you can't do something because you are prioritizing your emotions, you love your feelings, you are pampering your softness and that's why you're stuck in a mud for a very long time. You have to know when to shut down your emotions and that is when doing a task, when someone is irritating you, when you're in pressure, when it is critical, when you're stressed, when you're sleepy and feeling lazy, shut down these emotions and just move forward. Stay calm and never feel weak. You can do it, it's just a matter of shifting your emotions from low to neutral, not so high, stay neutral and just do what you need to do. Life is easier if you can manage to control your emotions, it is possible, it is a self mastery, once you master it you will become unstoppable. Know when you are worried, scared or feeling weak and shut these emotions right away, think of a better thought, always pick the right and best move, never let your emotions control you. Never let your feelings stop you or slow you down, go against it if you need to.
You are not perfect, any emotion is right, you feel it because you're human but you can ignore an emotion that is not helping you. You can become emotionless when you're feeling lazy and tired, the key is to be int he moment and never think about finishing fast, never think about comfort, just deal with it and be slow, don't rush anything but keep on moving forward. Live your life, appreciate it and never let feelings ruin your day or make you a zombie the whole day.
