THE REASON FOR YOUR LACK OF MOTIVATION AND WEAK WILLPOWER




Motivation comes from a word or phrases that sounds appealing to you and triggers your mind to force your body to take actions, motivation will enter your mind then it becomes a thought that sticks around for a period of time but what if you can't hear any motivational words at all? what if people around you were pessimist and negative? what if your circle has no ambition or drive at all? there is a tendency that you will feel unmotivated too. The solution for this is you create your own thoughts, you think differently, you produce thoughts that will motivate you. You are unmotivated because you're not thinking right, you are entertaining thoughts that are negative and useless, every gossip sounds appealing to you, every news is very much welcome into your head that is why you have no direction or drive to do something that is more meaningful and useful for your own good. 

WILLPOWER MEANS TRYING

Once you tried you already developed your willpower. You don't need to become dominant, great or successful right away. You just need to try, keep pushing a little bit and never give up. Believe that trying will give you something, it may not give you what you want but you will learn something from it. You're 100 times better than a person who is so afraid of trying. 

YOU THINK YOU'RE SPECIAL THAT'S WHY YOU CAN'T MOVE

you think you need to contribute right away, you think you need to make an impact, you think you need to look great or amazing. You wanted to be perfect and that's why you can't move and make a risk. Stop trying to look cute and you will feel powerful. Stop feeling so special, you need to work hard, you need to take risk and make yourself vulnerable to embarrassment, failure and rejection. You need to try, at least try, there is no harm in trying, time is fast people will easily forget your embarrassment, they will never remember what you did. Just do what you need and want to do and keep moving forward. 

BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE GETTING BETTER

The moment you stop scrolling on facebook you already got better. The moment you take a walk for just 5 minutes or more you already got better. Every small step is making you better, every time you force yourself to do the harder thing you already got better. 

LIFE IS EASY IF YOU WILL AVOID DISTRACTION

You will have more time, you will become organized, you will become faster and more productive if you will avoid all the nonsense that is controlling your mind and body. Yo can do more and become bigger than who you are right now but you choose to get distracted that is why you don't have self confidence. You will lose your self esteem if you keep on using your energy for random things and activities.
