HOW TO POWERUP YOUR MENTALITY




You need to do something urgent now but you will never be bae to do it or even start it if you have a very weak mentality. You need to have a strong mentality to start something that is hard. Because you will never do it if you don't like it. That's the difference between a successful person and a failure, a successful person will try and will start right away while a failure will always hesitate and procrastinate and in the end he will never do anything. 

HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR MENTALITY

Very simple, don't think and just do it. Stop worrying about the future and just do what you need to do, as simple as that. being fast in doing what is necessary will give you a very strong mentality. If you keep on being lazy and putting off until tomorrow what you need today then you get weaker and weaker, your confidence goes down and you lose your momentum. You need to force yourself to work hard and stretch your limits, forget that you have a boundary and believe that anything you do will make your life better. It is too simple... just stop pampering your emotions, your feelings will never help you, you have to go all the way no matter what. Even if it is really hard... just force yourself to take actions, that's how to make a breakthrough. 

GET USED TO STOPPING ALL THE BS

Once you find yourself doing something or about to do something that is useless and nonsense then stop yourself right away from doing that. Even if you already started and having a lot of fun, stop it right away. If it's not giving you any money, edge or not improving your health mentally and physically the why the hell will you do that? a good habit means a strong mind and a strong min means a productive life. Discipline is a game changer, once you learn how to avoid instant gratification then your life will change in an instant. It's a process, it's simple but hard but really effective. Because you are the only on who is sabotaging your life, you're making your life harder by staying undisciplined and lazy. The good news is you can change your life now, decide where you want to go and what you want to achieve and do whatever it takes to get there. Even if it means you need to stop watching television, even if it means you need to stop eating junk foods. 

DON'T DISRESPECT YOUR EFFORT

Be happy when you did something today, be proud of yourself silently. Don't disrespect your effort even if it's not enough, even if you think that you can do more but you didn't. It's ok, at least you did something, it's a good momentum builder or sustainer. Because your life could have been worse if you didn't do it. Even if you feel that it didn't help at all, even if you feel that it didn't improve you... feel happy and make yourself believe that it helps because it really does. Any effort will accumulate, if you are consistent and forcing yourself to just do it then you already got better. You may not feel it right away, you may not see the results but it already made you better, you will see it one day that consistent effort is very powerful. It's ok being slow, it's ok not seeing the results fast just don't quit and keep trusting the process.
