PLEASURES KILLS THE MOMENTUM


You are struggling not because you are struggling, not because bad luck is coming after you, not because there is no opportunity or life is unfair. You are struggling so bad because you're so lazy and addicted to pleasures. You will never find an opportunity if you're always pampering yourself with entertainment, video games, laziness, sleep, junk food etc. Instant gratification is the real killer, it makes people broke, it makes people fat, it makes people lose. You will never go down if you're working hard and doing whatever it takes to make your life better. It's simply about being serious and not letting anyone or anything stop you from taking actions. Partying, watching news, doing something stupid, taking a vacation if you don't need to, thinking that life is hard, always missing a class or work is not helping you to grow, it's lowering our value, you are getting left behind, you are losing your momentum. There's no edge on a lazy state, there's no happiness and progress in a lazy environment. Pleasures is making you weak, slow, dumb and unproductive. Pleasure kills the momentum, it's making you lazier and lazier everyday, it's making you addicted to comfort that is really not comfortable at all. If you wanted comfort all the time then wait for a few weeks and you will see yourself depressed and lost. 

HARDWORK DISCIPLINE AND EXERCISE

Hard work, discipline and exercise is the best medication. It will make your life better, it will make your mind stronger. Look at those people who are always lying on bed, watching TV and eating a lot of junks... they're lost, fast, broke and depressed. They're always feeling sick even if they're not, they're slow, useless and unattractive. This is what laziness and pleasures does to you... it make you go on a downward spiral, it makes your value very low, it makes you a piece of garbage. You are not growing if you're not pushing yourself. So whenever you feel lazy and heavy... just move, exercise, study, ready, do something that is hard but very beneficial. Stop choosing the easier path because it is the path to misery and failure. You need to keep moving and stay aggressive to your goals, make improvement and discipline as your number one priority. Forget abut having fun because it's not helpful at all, it's only making you a clown. There's no evolution in having fun, entertainment will make you a low value person, it will make you weak. That's why using cellphone for a very long time will make you crazy, it's because it is very easy and accessible, it's not pushing you to become a better person, it's only making you weak and lazier, it's a trap that most people can't recognize, turn off your cellphone for a month and work hard on yourself and you will feel much happier and stronger, you will see the difference. If there is no difficulty then there is no development. If you want to have a stronger body and mind then you need to work hard and exercise everyday. Discipline is the key, if you can do it for 30 days straight then you can do it forever, take it one day at a time and never rush, just do something everyday, walk if that's the only thing you can do. Start slow if you need to but start right away, never skip, never take days off, consistency is the key here and nothing else. If you are disciplined enough then you can take actions even if you don't want to because it's already ingrained into your system.
