TEACH YOURSELF HOW TO THINK




The default state of your mind is negative, it's because since you were young you encountered a lot of negative people, you experience a lot of situations were people are so scared, anxious and having a lack mindset. This is natural, this is the anatomy of a human being... they got scared when there is a threat, they go to a scarcity mindset when they learn that something bad is about to happen, they even believe in lies, the even got threatened by an information that was not proven to be true yet. They go where the crowd go, they're afraid of missing out, they don't want to get left behind, they don't want to make mistakes. In other words, they are always playing it safe, they don't want to take the risk not knowing that there is only growth through risk and embracing failures. The only way to make a progress is to make yourself vulnerable to embarrassment, failure and rejection. But if you can teach your mind to think and always believe in yourself then you will have an amazing life. 

WHY WORRY?

Why worry if you can try again next time, you can try again tomorrow or even later. You can try as much as you want and nobody can ever stop you. You have unlimited tries in your life, for as long as you're still living... nothing can never hold you down, you're the only one who is making your life harder by overthinking and worrying about the things outside of your control. Worrying will kill your system, it will fry your brain so stop doing that and just move instead. You will have more confidence if you will just start and follow through. Worrying is like praying for trouble, it's attracting the things that you don't want to have in life. Teach your mind to feel abundant every time you are worrying, focus on what you have in life and appreciate it. 

FOCUS ON YOUR ACTIONS

This is the only thing that you have control... taking actions. You can never control the outcome, it will only make you worried and scared even more. Focus on your actions and you will feel more powerful and in control. You can do something positive now and that's a big advantage, taking actions will make your mind stay away from worries and distractions. Moving now and not procrastinating will make you feel happier and stronger, it will give you the boost to keep going. The real motivation is the action, not the words you hear on the internet. Move now and you will make a difference. 

BE THANKFULL ALL THE TIME

This is the game changer of life. If you can teach your mind how to become thankful then you will have more. It's because positive energy will start to flow. See yourself winning, teach your mind to focus on what you want and ignore what you don't want. Have that abundance mindset, build a mentality of having more and giving lesser attention to what is missing in your life. Stop looking for what is not there and try to build something that will be there.
