It's all in your belief, it's the way you believe that will give you chances. It's ok if you're struggling, suffering, losing or lost. For as long as you still believe in yourself you will be alright. Protect your beliefs, never let anything ruin it. You have to guard your mind 24/7. What is it thinking? what are the thoughts you entertain? what images do you see? anything you think will affect your belief so be aware of what you're thinking at the moment. Your dominant thought will become your reality. So if something is agitating you then it means you're giving away your power, it means you are losing control. You have to see yourself, what is making you angry? is it really worth it to give any attention and energy? you have to watch what you are focusing on because it's making an impact in your life, it's affecting you in some ways. Don't give any feelings to what you don't life, don't feel anything to your enemies or frenemies. Just learn how to manage your emotions by ignoring everything that is irritating you. Stop focusing om what you hate and focus on what you want instead.
MAKE TODAY MEANINGFUL
Don't just let this day be over without doing something good. Just do something positive that will somehow make a little impact or change in your life. Don't be scared to keep trying, just push and never give up. Do something that will make you better. Always remember that if you're working hard on something then you're already getting better. You may not see the results yet but you will see it in the near future, something will click. What matters is you're taking actions and you're not taking any single day for granted. Work super hard today, just start, whatever time it is... just start. You will have a very strong momentum when you start. Today is the best day to start, you can get better now, it's only just a matter of deciding where you want to go and not stopping until you get there.
DELAYED GRATIFICATION IS THE GAME
Make it a game to guard yourself all the time, see what you're doing heart what you're talking, watch what you're thinking. Be aware of your thoughts and actions. When you're about to stop an important task, don't stop. When you're about to start a nonsense action don't start, you need to be mindful and present if you want to change. Change and progress will never take place if you're always prioritizing comfort, it's not going to feel comfortable if you're trying to change, it's always going to feel uncomfortable and difficult. Stop looking for an easy life and focus on self development, develop the good habits, develop a strong mind, cultivate the right attitude to stay on top of your game. You will lose if you don't have the right habits, if you're not a disciplined man then you are about to fail for sure. So if you don't want to go on a downward spiral then learn to discipline yourself all the time. Get rid of your bad habits, stop looking for pleasures and stay away from temptations.
