how to kill your fear


If you are feeling anxious, scared, overwhelmed or stressed then just breathe and take the next move. You are scared because you're not taking actions, you're anticipating something and you're creating illusions in your head that everything is going to be bad. It's all in the mind, if you will just learn to breathe and do what you need to do then you will feel free. Embrace your fears, let go of the thoughts that are scaring you. Create your own thoughts that are powerful and more useful. The negative thoughts are useless and dangerous, it's killing your system, it's immobilizing your body, it's a complete waste. Reprogram your mind with positive images and thoughts, repeat it over and over gain until you have lesser room for negativity. You can use your willpower, nothing can ever defeat you, just persevere, endure and conquer. Your mind is tamable, you can teach it how to think, repetition is the key here. Repeat the useful thoughts over and over again until it is programmed into your subconscious mind permanently. 

KILL YOU FEARS WITH MASSIVE ACTIONS

Just move and then follow through, just do it and never stop, as simple as that. Eliminate all the meaningless move and replace them with more meaningful ones. It's on you if you want to become scared forever or not, you can overpower your fears with massive actions that will give you some benefits in the future. Stop wasting your day, the more you waste your time the scarier you get. Discipline will make you thrive, pushing yourself will build courage so stop stopping and keep moving forward all the time. Feat is just a state of mind, you get scared because of thinking too much and moving a little. Your fears will go away if you will choose action over procrastination. Just move forward and you will feel much better, you will see the light, you will find a way. The root of fear is overthinking, the only way to stop that is to start moving now and carry on. If you're fast, if you're always busy and active then fear will never be able to catch you, it will die by itself. So just take massive actions and relax, everything will be alright. The right time for taking actions is now... when you don't feel ready. Because you will never feel ready at all, you will always feel uncertain and uncomfortable, life will never become perfect, there is no such thing as right timing. You have to face the storm and get ready to get wet. Fear will go away anytime soon, you just need to move forward all the time and do whatever it takes to win. The next move is always the right move, never judge yourself, never think that you're doing bad. It's ok if you're struggling or making a lot of mistakes, that's all part of the process. You have to keep going no matter what and give yourself a chance to make a breakthrough. Nothing is hard if you will train your mind to stop overthinking and focus on the process, take baby steps, you don't need to make a giant leap here, be patient and create a momentum first. 

FEAR WILL ALWAYS BE THERE

If you were able to kill your fears now it will be there again tomorrow, it will visit your system again. But if you understand that it's normal then it will be easier for you to neutralize it. Repeat the process gain, take actions again so you will be able to kill it again, it's like a thug of war. You have to keep fighting until the end.
