the goal is to save more time and do more

One thing that will make you really good and effective is to save more time and do more, make this as your discipline you will go to a different level. Just don't waste time and you will be able to develop a lot of skills you needed to become successful. The problem with you is you're full of junk, you are full of useless and bad habits that's why you can't make your life better. You're all about fun and games, you're not pushing yourself to reach the next level. You're full of excuses, you think you're good but you're really not. You think there is a shortcut, you think there is a better way, the best way is to grind, start now even if you don't know where you're going, start now even if the chances of failing is too high. Risk it all, give your all and never be afraid to embarrass yourself. The key is to destroy resistance and to do it you need to just take actions, forget that it is hard, forget your feelings, never get emotional because if you do... then you will never win. Being emotional is for losers, it's for soft and weakass people. Emotion is just a distraction, if you want to become more then prioritize taking actions. Never care if you will fail big time, never care if you will get nothing, just pull the trigger and set yourself free. 

KEEP BEING FAST

Prioritize speed, avoid being slow because it will derail your progress. It's ok if you're making a lot of mistakes, just be fast, if you need to do something don't hesitate to start it. You will save more time if you will not overthink. If you need to eat then it, stop thinking what are you going to eat just it. If you need to do your assignments do it, stop worrying if you can finish it or not... just do it. You will save more time if you stop trying to be perfect, you feel so entitled that's why you can't move, you feel like a king but you think like a slave, your effort is like of losers, you don't have that winning mentality. To have a winning mentality you must be a doer, if you want to become a doer then stop avoiding mistakes, stop avoiding failures and keep failing. There are lot of nonsense that you've been doing for the past few years, if you want to change your life then you better focus on yourself and stop focusing on stupid things that doesn't make you better. If you want to get better then you better discipline yourself and be the best hat you can be, you can improve, it's just a matter of time before you see results so you better be patient and focus on the grind. Don't focus on the results yet because it's only eating a lot of your energy, it's making you impatient and lazier because you want it now and it's making you frustrated. You can get better today, all it takes is being discipline and focusing on what will give you benefits in the future, it's simply like investing, invest on the right choices and your future will be better, something better than your life today. Focus on the right thoughts and actions, as simple as that. Be fast, when you need to do it now do it now even if you don't want to do it, you will become confident if you're forcing yourself to do the right thing instead of dwelling on your emotions. Whatever happens.. be fast, fail fast, move on fast, try again fast, recover fast, do it fast and give your best. Don't let laziness take over, dominate today and force yourself to take massive actions, it's the only way to feel better of yourself, you will trust yourself even more if you're taking matters into your own hands and stretching yourself to get a little bit better. 

DON'T THINK JUST DO

You're thinking too much, you still don't realize that it won't do any help don't you? thinking is for slow people, it's for people who can't make any progress in life. Thinking is good if you will make a big decision like spending millions or choosing the right path for your life, but if you will simply think if you're going to answer your client or not because you already past the deadline then you're making your life harder. You need to do it anyway even if you will feel uncomfortable, thinking is only draining a lot of your energy. Don't think if you're going to exercise today or not, just go outside for a walk, stop looking for perfection, stop thinking about the results or completion, be in the moment and focus on what you can do, take it one step at at time, don't rush, feel it, feel the pain, feel the moment and never think about the future. Doing it is much easier than not doing it to be honest, if you do it you will feel good if you don't you will have a lot of regret and anxiety, you will feel sorry for yourself, you will feel weak. But if you just do it... the momentum will get stronger, your confidence will start to go up because you just knew you can do anything may it be hard or easy. The power is in your hands, you can change your life right away if you will just stick with the plan and that's to stop wasting time and keep being productive. Just be the best version of yourself, stop using your energy for weak thoughts and activities, you need to do what is hard but is beneficial, you need to be quick when trying something, just try it, there is no harm in trying, you will never be a failure for as long as you keep on trying. Have fun taking actions, have fun focusing on your own life and doing what makes you improve a little bit, be patient because it's a journey, it's an internal work, you have to enjoy being the metal that gets molded through fire. Start from scratch and make a legendary story. Look at yourself, study yourself, if you're wasting time a lot then you better stop now, focus on a better activity, focus on something that puts you on the right path, it's very simple, it's simple but hard because you are already used to doing a lot of stupid stuffs. But it's not over yet, you can still chase greatness and it will start today. 

BURN OUT IS NOT REAL

Being exhausted and couldn't even move, being burnt out... this is not real. You can rest for a few minutes or an hour and then you can go back to grind again. Rest if you must but don't ever make excuses, burnt out is an excuse use by losers and weak people. This is life, it's a long journey, you have to keep walking forward if you want to reach the finish line, you have to stop babying yourself, stop pampering yourself with sleep, food and negativity from social media because it's making matters worse. Don't ever rest for too long because it will make you rusty and it will destroy your momentum. Always think that what matters is you move forward and nothing else, it doesn't matter if you're dragging yourself, it doesn't matter if it's too rugged in there, it doesn't matter if you're slowing down... just move forward and do what you can with the best of your abilities. There is an action you can take, just keep moving forward and never stop, follow through, it doesn't matter if it's making an impact or not, just do it, never entertain the negativity in your head saying you better quit, don't believe in those lies, you have to make your mentality stronger by staying disciplined and committed to the process.
