POSITIVE THOUGHTS CREATES MORE ENERGY

You're not thinking positively and that's why you don't have enough energy to push and create greatness in your life. Your mind is too crowded with negative thoughts that makes you weak, uninspired and unproductive. There's too much going on inside of your head. You have to filter the negatives and replace it with positives so that you will feel motivated and energetic. 

ONE POSITIVE THOUGHT CAN CHANGE YOUR DAY

If you're having a bad day and almost everything is falling apart, just find one positive thought and it can change the outcome of your day, it can change everything, it can change your mood, it can change results, all you need to do is find that one positive thought and that's it, it's all in your head. If you're feeling bad or weak or sick it means you're entertaining negativity. Try thinking what makes you happy, try appreciating what you have in life and your mood will change. Once you focus on the positive everything else will flow, you will never feel bad anymore, the resistance will go away. 

Think of an inspiration, it can be your son, your goal or simply your family. Hold on to that thought for a long time and never let your mind be occupied with another thought. Think of something that pushes you to move forward and do the right things. 

SOME THOUGHTS ARE FUN BUT NOT HELPFUL

Some thoughts are really entertaining but useless, it's making your life miserable, it's pulling you down. Just because a thought is addictive doesn't mean you have to keep thinking about it everyday. 

Thinking about the past, thinking about the problems of other people, taking the news seriously, getting mad at your friend's post in social media. These thoughts are fun to entertain but it's not helping you at all, they sound interesting because they're negative but it's messing up your mentality. 

DON'T GIVE EVERYTHING TOO MUCH MEANING

Don't make everything a big deal, don't make a discomfort a big deal, don't try to make your small problems big by thinking about it too much. It's impossible for you not to experience some distractions, it all depends on how you handle things. Nothing is big, always think this way and you will have the courage to take actions. The deadline is not big, your overwhelming boss is not big, the crowd is not big, what they think of you is not big, your crush is not big, your debt is not big, the task is not big. Always think that you can survive anything, nothing can kill you, if it can't kill you then why be afraid of it? Take it easy on things and never take it seriously, give your best but stop attaching yourself too much with something. 

Failure, embarrassment, being late, rejection, humiliation... these are nothing. So what if they're laughing, so what if you're last, so what if you're not perfect? so what if you can't make it right? just give your best and forget the rest. 

DON'T ROLL THE DRAMA

It's your choice if you will deal with dramas or not. Just because an information is presented infront of you doesn't mean you have to entertain them, just because your toxic friend is crying to you on the telephone doesn't mean you need to be affectionate, you need to protect your mind if you want to have more energy. Wake up bitch, stop focusing on dramas, stop giving any attention to things that you can't control. Cut the drama right away once you find yourself wanting to play it. Drama is for the losers, it's for the weak, why will you make dramas if you can win by yourself? why will you complain if you are confident enough that you're going to succeed? drama is for the helpless people, it's for the weak that has a victim mindset. 

THE SECRET TO UNLIMITED ENERGY

You can work as hard as you can without getting tired, you can chase anything you want and get it, you can avoid getting overwhelmed with problems and challenges. The key is to stay present, be still, be in the moment. Be fast in taking actions, never procrastinate for a second, it doesn't matter if you're making results or not, what matters is you're moving and you are being fearless in taking actions. Because that's what your mindset should be... become fearless on taking the first step, never wait for the right time... just do it now, because if you will do it then a momentum will start to build, you will feel the rhythm , you will become more confident. So don't strive for the right steps, don't strive for perfection and just push yourself to the limits. 

DON'T THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE YOU DON'T LIKE

The image of the face of people who hurt you in the past will always pop out in your head for whatever reason, mainly it's because the feelings you've felt when they hurt you was recorded in your subconscious mind. The more you're hating them the more they're hurting you without them doing anything. In other words you are hurting yourself because of thinking about them too much. Just don't think about them and that's it. Control your mind, feed it with the right thoughts, never let it wander anywhere, never let it be open to different useless information that is sabotaging your success. If you can control your mind then your life will become easier.

WATCH YOUR MIND CAREFULLY 

Sometimes you don't know that you're thinking negatively. Sometimes you don't know you're running in an auto pilot mode. It's so fun to think negatively because it's easy and very entertaining but it's too dangerous because you it will backfire at you, you will never become productive, you will become a hater, you will lose your confidence because you're focused on other people's lives instead of focusing on your own life. Because that's what negative people do... they focus on other people's lives, they can't mind their own business, they were jealous all the time, they can't think right, they can't live the right way.
