LEARN TO SHIFT FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS FAST

Read this carefully and put it into your heart because it will help you and give you a lot of advantages in life. Life is so random, you don't know what will happen next, today might be good but tomorrow may turn bad. You may feel control or happy now but later suddenly you will feel bad and an unexpected event may happen. It's you duty to shift your emotions fast, it's your duty to control your thoughts, draw the state from within and never let an unwanted situation control you. Never let any unwanted event make you feel bad for a long time. Of course it will make you feel bad but don't ever let it bring you down and make you feel depressed, learn to let go fast and never attached any emotion to what already happened. What is done is done, you can never do something about it anymore, let it go and welcome the better things in life that is about to happen. 

NEVER CARE IF YOU'RE LOSING

Never care if you're losing and just move forward all the time, do whatever it takes to make a progress. Never let yourself be stuck on a situation that will only blackened and poison your mind. So what if you're losing? you will win in the end if you keep trying, losing is just part of the game, it's just an appetizer, it's just a test if you will continue or quit. Life is really like that, sometimes it's your night sometimes it's not. You have to accept that you will never win all the time and you must be ok with it, detach yourself from the outcome and focus on enjoying every step of the way. Enjoy your life even if you lose, enjoy everything even if it sucks. Your life will change, not all the time you will lose, not all the time you're at the bottom, life will support you and give you what you want at the right time. You have to continue what you've been doing for a long time and never give up. 

BE A CREATOR

Don't let your life pass by doing nothing, create something, this is the best way to shift your emotions, just create something. Stop thinking, stop acting like weak, stop making dramas and try to create something positive in life. It can be a small project, a small goal, a simple poem or any musical composition, you can also paint, you can also try a new job that will make you grow. Just don't feel stuck all the time, create something magical in your life. Its better to be creating than to be thinking, you will forget all of your problems if you're creating, time will become very fast if you're doing something, you have to create as much as possible and never think about making mistakes or losing again, just love the process, keep moving forward all the time and give everything you've got. 

Allow yourself to become creative and free, never worry about things and just unleash the beast inside of you, just do it, never mind what the future will be like and just do it. You will never feel depressed and stuck anymore if you will just focus on taking one positive action at a time. 

AT THE END OF THE DAY IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU

You have to realize that your life is all about you. No matter how many times you got rejected, no matter how many times people disrespects you, no matter how many times you fail... it's doesn't matter at all. It's all about you, it's about controlling your feelings, it's about controlling and taming your emotions. Never feel bad because somebody doesn't give you what you want, move on quickly and forget the past, forgive the person who hurts you, forgive the situation that made you feel bad and learn how to shift your emotions. Because the sad truth that you can't accept is that you're the onw who's hurting your own self, you're the one who's making your life even harder. It's your thoughts and emotions that's making you feel like a victim. Don't ever think that you're entitled of something all the time, don't ever think that you will get what you want every day. There will be hard times, there will be down times and you have to accept that. Learn to control your mind, your feelings comes from your thoughts. A particular judgement, a specific thought, a perspective is making you feel something. If you will just learn how to change your perspective then you will feel much better. Learn to change the narrative and always entertain thoughts that will make you progressive and evolving not stuck and feeling negative all the time. Reject all the thoughts that's not helping you to feel better, as simple as that. Keep working on your life, keep evolving everyday and never stop believing in yourself. 

CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS IF YOU FEEL STUCK    

If you feel stuck and depressed just change your thoughts, think differently this time, if you feel so sad and bad then it means your thoughts were not right, change it right away until you become happier again. You can control your thoughts, never underestimate this, you have the power to think about what you want. Why will you choose to think negative if you can think positive? Just think about the good things in your life, learn to appreciate what you have and you won't feel stuck anymore. Just look at your life and count all of your blessings, there are many things you have that most people don't have. Think about happiness, think about the good things to happen, think about the plenty of things you can be thankful of even the smallest ones. Being appreciative will change your energy, it will attract better opportunities, it will change your negative vibe.
