EVERY FEAR IS SIMILAR

Every fear is similar, it just come in different forms but it's main goal is to scar you and stop you from taking actions. Fear about failing is similar with fear of getting rejected, fear of spiders is similar with fear of heights. They are all feelings, actually you're not scared of the subject that scares you, you're scared of how you feel. You're not scared of snakes, you're scared of how you feel. You're not scared of your strict coach, you're scared of how you feel. But if you will understand and see yourself that you're just panicking every time you see what scares you then you will be able to immobilize your fear. 

 IT'S BETTER TO BELIEVE THAN TO DOUBT YOURSELF

At the end of the day you will believe in something, why not believe in yourself instead of believing in your fears? And for the record why will you doubt yourself? why will you waste your energy disbelieving your own life? You only have to choices, to believe in yourself or to believe in others. It's your life, you have the power to believe so why will you choose to believe something that is not motivating you at all? Believe in yourself, trust the process, just don't give up and you will win, as simple as that. 

IF YOU WANTED TO FEEL HOW IT FEELS TO BECOME GREAT THEN DO THIS

Do what scares you the most, if you're afraid of success then work hard, get it no matter what. I don't care how you get it but just get it and never stop until it's finally yours. Sacrifice big time, put all of your time into taking actions. Always move forward no matter what. The best time to move is when you're hesitant, the best time to make a progress is when you're feeling lazy and scared. Fear is a signal to just do it, it's a trigger to do something and stop staying on the same place for hours. Consider taking actions even if you don't know what to do. 

NEUTRALIZE FEAR THROUH ACTIONS

The best way to eliminate fear is to never wish for it to go away, because every time you do this you are only amplifying it. What you resist persists so never wish for a comfortable feeling instead take action now, do something and never get complacent, just do something, dare yourself to move, stop being a statue, you're better than that, stop freezing yourself with negative thoughts. If you are moving then fear will go away, just stay busy and keep moving forward towards your goals and ambitions. The technique here is to just move, even if you feel tired, sick, scared or worried... just move. Never let any emotion stop you, you're in control here, you have to battle with your emotions or else it will control you. Because most of the time what you feel is telling you to stop. It's telling you that it's dangerous and that it's ok to not try but in the end you will feel regretful of yourself because you didn't do something. Don't believe your emotions, it's a liar, it's telling you that you can't do it. 

Fear will go away if you keep on pushing, just do something for now, just start and let everything take care of itself. Always remember that it's ok to feel uncomfortable, there's nothing wrong with that. It's ok to fail, it's ok to get nothing, it's ok to get embarrassed, it's ok to become scared, what's not ok is you're not moving because you're letting fear take over. You still need to move despite of your fears and doubts, never let anything stop you, you can stop your fears by entertaining yourself with actions. So move now, it's free, you can do it, you can start, nothing can stop you. It's you who is stopping yourself, not the people around you nor the situation... it's you that is letting fear control your life. 

NOTHING SHOULD STOP YOU

Fear was born because you want to get something but you're not doing anything to get it. You're starting to worry, you're starting to overthink, you're starting to focus on not taking actions and simply procrastinating on the corner of your house. You're entertaining negative thoughts and starting to doubt yourself. You think that you can do it but part of you says you can't, you're letting the judgement of other people stop you from taking actions. The truth is... you can feel and become unstoppable if you want to. If you decide to become unstoppable then you will force everything, you will never let any critics, struggles, disappointments, judgement, hate, lack of resources, lack of support stop you. You will just do it, you will do everything you can to win. You must think that one day you're going to die, you should never let anything stop you because this is life, it's a once in a life time thing, you should never squander your time for useless things that doesn't even matter. 

EVERY FEAR IS SIMILAR

They're all nothing but a feeling, they will never change, they will never leave you. Fear is part of your life, it's powerful because you're not aware that it's just an emotion. But if you will realize that all fear does is to scare you and stop you from taking actions then you will have a better approach to it. You will move next time you are scared, you will not worry about it anymore, it's like making peace with fear, you know it's there but you're not resisting it, you're letting it be felt by your body but you're not letting it stop you. All you have to do is move, do something, never wait for tomorrow, never wait for the right timing... just do it and forget about anything else. Fear is just a feeling, it's just a test, it can never harm you in reality. All the fear does is to poison your mind, don't worry because there's an antidote for fear and that is taking actions.
