THE POWER OF SLOW MOTION

If the pace is so fast and you couldn't cope up with it... you need to create your own pace and be on a slow motion. There's nothing wrong in being slow, you don't need to rush and panic, all you need to do is feel. The more you feel everything the more you will become faster. If you're not dragging yourself you will make the right moves on the right time. So be in the moment and feel everything, feel everything including the stress and pain. Feel it and you will find out that it's alright to feel it, that it's a lie, that it's not really scary, that it's just another feeling that will come and go. The reason why you're scared of stress and pain is because of the thoughts you attached with them. You are scaring yourself, you are hallucinating for no reason. You can feel stressed but don't think stressed, your mind is everything, never think that the situation is bad, you need to practice mindfulness for any tough situation because that's the only way to thrive. 

YOU CAN HAVE FUN WITH EVERYTHING

All you need to do is feel, convince yourself that it is nothing. If something is stressing you, think about it... is it going to kill you, it's only making you feel a certain way because you're attaching a negative thought with it, but if you will think that it's alright, if you will think that it's still part of your life then you will never ever feel bad again. Or maybe you will still feel bad but it will never affect you the way it affects you before, the damage is lesser. Learn to feel, feel the traffic, feel the problems of your country, feel the tension around you, feel the people that you hate... don't resist just feel. Feel your problems, feel your pain, feel your life. You will learn that it's not that bad and you can still live with them. If you are still alive then you are so lucky, because that is what living is all about... breathing and feeling, you can have fun with any type of situation if you will just learn to be more present. Observe your thoughts, observe your emotions, watch them come and go. sometimes you don't need to do anything and everything will be alright, sometimes you just need to let it flow. Life is hard but it is not suppose to be a punishment, it's not suppose to feel like hell. Just stay still, breathe and life will become easier. Detach from the things that you don't have and you will have it later. 

HOW TO BECOME MORE POWERFUL

By being yourself, and being yourself means you're calm and collected. Don't rush, if your boss is pushing you to death because of the coming deadline... just stay cool, you can finish it if you will just take it one step at a time. It's ok to become quick, it's ok to move faster but don't ever panic. So what if you can't finish it? it's not the end of the world, your boss will not terminate you. You still have your work, just give your best, that's the best way to put it... give your best and let everything flow. If you are giving your best and doing whatever it takes to win or finish something then there is nothing else to worry about, the rest is up to them. You need to go inside of you whenever you feel stressed and bothered, feel everything in your body, watch your thoughts... why are you thinking that way? you don't need to think that way. You have the power to feel better, and you will become more powerful if you will detach from the outcome. You will have more energy if you will focus on what you can control and that is your thoughts and emotions. If your hours away from the deadline, don't be scared, just keep moving forward. Stillness will create a miracle, being in the moment will create an opportunity. Just trust the power of NOW. All you have to do is do what you can do and that's it. Your boss can extend the deadline, or maybe the project will fail and what's the worse thing that could happen? your boss telling you that you're stupid? your boss yelling at you? and after that what? you're still alive right? you still have your job. And let's say your boss fired you, now what? you still have a home right? you still have a place to go. There will always be a next sequence in your life, your life doesn't end when you fail, it only means you have nothing to lose. So you better enjoy the ride, just enjoy your life and never worry about what will happen next. Stillness is they key, being ok not being comfortable is alright. 

THE POWER OF SLOW MOTION

Slow but consistent, slow but sure, slow but being aware of what is going on and feeling everything. It's ok to be slow, it's ok to be the last. For as long as you're moving forward and you know where you are headed to.. you will get there. You don't need to compete, you don't need to race against others. Believe in the power of focus, believe in the power of consistency. When you're not panicking you will see things that a panicking person can't see, you will become more creative, you will have more fun with the process. Create your own pace if you need to, let them all panic while you stay on your lane doing everything you can to finish something or contribute to the world. Being in a slow motion will make you feel much better, you will realize that what the hell is your fear all about? what's wrong if you don't have this or have that? there is nothing wrong if you're not the first. There is nothing wrong if you're at the bottom eating dust, if you can enjoy that dust to the fullest then you're richer than a spoiled brat kid whining because his soup is not hot anymore. 

Life is all about emotions, it's about feeling. Most people can't manipulate their emotions because they're always looking outside, if you will only look inside and understand everything about your life then life will become easier. It's simply about appreciating the ups and downs of your life, it's so easy if you will try.
