CHANGE IS SIMPLY BEING SLOW AND STOPPING THE OLD LOOP


You are a creature of habit and that's why you feel so uncomfortable whenever you're trying to change. Our minds are defaulted to comfort. We want comfort all the time that's why we can't succeed. Because the price you have to pay to attain success is really big, it's overwhelming, it's a tremendous amount of focus and effort. But it's worth it, you will experience a new life if you give time to this. 

YOU'RE TRAPPED IN AN OLD LOOP

Look carefully at yourself, examine your behavior, watch yourself 24 hours a day and don't blink, watch yourself for 7 straight days and you will discover that you're repeating the same shits over and over again. You're eating the same food, watching the same channels on TV, hating the same people, procrastinating the same old way, being scared on the same things, feeling the same way, reacting to the same things and situation etc.You are trapped in an old loop and that's why you can't make a progress. You exactly know what will happen to your life but you're pretending that there will be a change. If you keep repeating the same pattern and not paying attention to details then you will get the same result. As simple as that, you have o be mindful of what you're doing, you have to do something that you haven't done before if you want to break the loop. You need to reprogram your subconscious mind, you need to disrupt the old pattern and you can only do that by doing the difficult things that you haven't done before. The old loop can be replaced by a new loop that is more useful and has a lot of benefits to your life. 

THE BADDEST LOOP IN YOUR LIFE IS...

You're always looking for an escape whenever you feel stressed or bored. You're at your work, you're doing something difficult and after a few minutes you will start to look for a food or check your cellphone or rest or simply stop what you're doing and look for an entertainment. That's the baddest loop... you're always seeking for comfort every time you feel a little stress. You're always seeking for an escape. You will work for a few seconds or minutes then will start to feel bad right away and think negatively. It's ok to feel bad and unhappy, it's ok to get bored because it means you are progressing and doing the right thing. People who are so addicted to fun and entertainment were not happy at all, they end up getting depressed in the end because they don't know that life is not all about fun... it's about facing all the challenges in front of you, it's all about facing your fears. 

IDENTIFY THE COMFORTS THAT YOU ALWAYS SEEK

What are these comforts, what are these addictive emotions that you always seek whenever you feel stressed and uncomfortable? define it and never so it anymore, you have to feel the pain of taking actions and doing what is needed to become successful. It is what it is, it's going to get hard but it's the only way to become successful. Deny yourself from being weak, weakness will only leave your life if you will stop looking for an easy way out. 

Watching TV, looking for porn, looking for food, going to social media, sleeping, taking a nap, making excuses, procrastinating like a king. These comforts made you weak for years and it's time to get rid of them. Comfort is for the losers, winners and champions were uncomfortable all the time, they never seek for comfort, they never look for an easy path, they are ok enduring the hard steps, they are ok not getting results fast, they are ok getting zero and stick with the game plan no matter what. 

JUST QUIET YOUR MIND BUT NEVER LEAVE YOUR TASK

The key here is to always catch yourself doing stupid things. You have to admit to yourself that what you're doing is not working and you have to do something else. Quiet your mind whenever you feel so bored with the important task that you're doing and just keep doing it. It's ok to slow down, sometimes you don't need to do something, just quiet your mind and never do something stupid again, never switch task, stick with the process and keep taking actions no matter how slow you are. This is how to focus, this is how to change, it's a slow process but you're in one direction only. Forget bout entertainment, forget about eating or doing something fun. Stick with the process until you get it done, this is how to transform yourself into a beast, this is how to make a result. You're in the moment, you're feeling the pain but you're not panicking and wanting to escape, you deal with it, you feel it until you finally found your rhythm and you will be able to move faster again. Be patient because it will take time, put yourself on a slow motion if you need to, you don't need to rush here, you're just training yourself slowly but surely. 

TRAP YOUR MIND IN YOUR GOALS

Just think about your goals and focus all of your actions to it, that's how to win in life. The problem why you're so miserable is because you're too focused with other people's lives, you're not doing something for your own life. Or maybe you are working a little bit but it is not enough. You have to dedicate your life to your goals if you don't want to live the same old way again. Trust me, it's going to be a lot of fun, it's challenging, it's frustrating sometimes but the good thing about it is you will know who you really are and what you can do, you will discover your full potential, you will discover things that you haven't experience before. You will be fascinated with what you can do. Because you only have one life, why not use it to the fullest? why not use it to make your life much much better? stop wasting time and energy for useless and nonsense things that will not help you to evolve, focus your mind and actions to your goal only and you will have a happier life.
