THE NUMBER ONE ANTI DEPRESSION PILL FINALLY ON THE MARKET

The number one anti depression pill cannot be swallowed, you don't need to buy it, you don't need to get dependent from it. It's not available on the market, it's available inside of you, yeah you heard me right... it's available inside of you. All you need to do is suck it up, embrace it, feel it. If you're not afraid of your feelings then you will overcome it. You just need to be patient, be present more, be aware of what is going on and never try to shortcut everything, never try to escape form your situation, face it, feel every second that is passing and do something to make your life better a little bit. You can't be just lying on your bed and expect that everything will be alright, you're better than that, you need to do something that will make your life better a little bit. It's either you work to earn money or you work to make your body and mind better. Whatever makes you feel progressing... do it. Happiness can be felt through actions and not in just watching TV or being lazy all day. Just "SUCK IT UP", swallow your pain, be happy with it, don't run away nor hide from it, if you accept something... it will lose its power over you.

SOME PROFESSIONALS WERE JUST FOOLING YOU

Let's face it, this is all about business. If you have a disease... some professionals will take advantage of you. Your fear is making you lose a lot of money, they are taking advantage of your fear and you don't know it. Once you're scared anyone can manipulate you, so you must be aware if you're scared or not, don't let fear put you into an auto pilot mode that all of your decisions were coming from whispers of people who doesn't really care for you. Some professionals were good and kind but there are also a lot of professionals who will recommend you to take this or take that but deep inside they know that you will not get well, they know that it's making you worse. The pill business is the number one business in the world and most people were dependent of pills that's why they can't cure their depressions. Just save your money and use it for passion. Do something that will entertain you, don't spend your money for food or alcohol. Use it for arts, exercise, business or anything that will make you grow. Always remember that you are depressed because you're not working, you need to move and make your mind and body operate.

YOU'RE NOT AFRAID OF THE MOMENT, YOU'RE AFRAID OF THE FUTURE

The reality is, you're not afraid of what is going on right now, you're afraid of the future. That's why most people are depressed and anxious, they were always thinking about the future because they think that their present moment now is so bad. Just like in working hard, you're not afraid of working hard... you're afraid that you might won't make it, you're afraid to fail, you're afraid of the future and that's why you don't want to work hard anymore, you're too afraid that all of your efforts might get wasted for nothing. Just like a basketball player who's so afraid to take the last shot, he is not afraid of the moment, he is afraid of the future because he thinks that his coach and teammates will get mad at him if he miss the shot. Don't be afraid to embrace every emotion that will run in your body, don't be afraid to embrace every thought. Once you have this kind of mindset... you are free. If you're no longer afraid of any kind of emotional pain may it be in the now or in the future then you will become invincible, how lovely was that. Always remember that any kind of negative emotion will soon go away. Every frustration, depression, regret, painful traumas will go away once you learn to embrace it. And most of all... don't be scared to feel it again, it's just an emotion, it can never kill you, it can never destroy your life... it's just an illusion, you think it's bad and dangerous but the reality is it's just a part of being human. Experiencing a lot of depressive emotion is just part of who you are as a human.

So don't feel bad, stop playing the victim role, avoid self pity because it's the worst thing you could do. Always remember that anything painful mentally or physically is only making you strong.

IDLENESS AND HESITATION CREATES DEPRESSION

Always move forward, never stop, try something new, forget about your identity. Just do something that might put you on the book of history and even if you can't make it big... just keep moving forward all the time.  If you want to try something try it now, forget about making mistakes, forget about not making it perfect. So every time you feel sad... it means you need to take actions and do something, you will forget that you are sad if you are using your mind and body. At least do something positive, push yourself a little bit, you need to suffer a little bit to get away from the negative emotion that you are feeling. It's that simple... move, stop being lazy, stop thinking too much because it is the number one cause of depression... THINKING TOO MUCH AND WISHING FOR SOMETHING TO HAPPEN. Look, if something embarrassing or traumatizing event happens to you... forget about it. At the end of the day, you are depressed because you want people to like you, you want appreciation, you want sympathy, you want respect, in other words... you're too soft. You don't need anything or anyone to become happy, you just need yourself, control your thoughts and emotions, stop giving meaning to something that is not worth any of your attention.

YOU CAN BE HAPPY EVEN IF YOU'RE IN PAIN

You can put a smile on your face even if you're in pain mentally or physically. You can over power those dramas, pains, self pity with happiness. Just do something positive. You don't need to feel happy by the world seeing your good deeds or accomplishments. Just work, improve yourself, enjoy the process, learn something, give to the unfortunate ones, give something to the world, the world already gave you a lot, it's time to give back. Even if you only have less, you can still give because you have something to give. It can be information, love, ideas, respect, coins, old clothes, there is something you can give. Giving something will lessen the burden that you are feeling, giving something for free will make you feel good, try it and you will see the change in your emotions.

Always remember that pain is just a feeling, depression is just an illusion, don't expect too much and you will never become depressed again, don't worry about what people say or doing, just focus on yourself, focus on making yourself better and happier and the pain will go away. Don't forget to work, move despite of feeling something, push yourself... you will experience a different emotion if you're working.
