9 SIMPLE WAYS TO RAISE YOUR ENERGY AND VIBE TO ATTRACT MORE SUCCESS

You've got to have a lot of energy in order to become productive and attract more success. An energetic person full of positive vibe can attract more opportunities, he can do more and he will get more, he can make the right decisions because he is not tired and can always go the extra mile.

1. Drink some coffee or red bull. Whatever works for you, if you think you need something to drink to keep your motor stronger then go ahead, but always remember that energy drinks and coffee have some side effects. It may work for a period of time but it will backfire on you. But it also depends on the person using it, some people get away with the side effects and some people were experiencing terrible side effects. It all depends on what works for you. You can drink anything for as long as it's not affecting your health, you can even drink your own piss, some athletes were doing it. If it's strengthening your psychology then why not try it?

2. Exercise. Exercise will give you a lot of energy. It will give you more endurance, it will take your mental toughness to another level and will make your body fit... the result is you will have a more positive outlook in life and more strength for doing things and overcoming challenges. People who exercise often can stick to a routine or work longer than people who doesn't exercise at all. Make it a point to at least move you body and sweat for a little bit for 20-30 minutes a day. Remember that you don't need to look fit or great right away, you just need to stay consistent all the time and build a habit of exercising everyday so that you will never remove it in your system anymore. Someone who exercise for 20-30 minutes everyday is better than someone who just exercise for 4 days a week but with longer hours.

3. Mental training.  Record in your subconscious mind that you are strong. Play the image inside of your head that you are strong over and over again. Visualize, see yourself dominating, create affirmations that will give you more energy whenever you feel down or exhausted. Believe in the power of your mind, if your mind is functioning a the highest level and it's healthy then you will be able to do more work, a strong mind can make a weak and tired body move. A mental training is anything that can strengthen your mind, a simple meditation will work, a simple creating images inside of your head that you want to happen will work, it's all about repetition and being patient, trust the process, believe it so it will work.

4. Aim for more. Keep going, the reason you think you don't have enough energy is because you easily get satisfied with small victories that you are getting. Keep going further, never think that you are tired. If you want to become more productive and energetic... set a big goal, always look to push further and never give up when it's painful. face the pain, learn to enjoy it and you will no longer become afraid of anything. If you can do 50 yesterday do 52 today or even more, there are no limits if you will just be patient and feel every moment. Don't rush the process, enjoy it so you can get more. People who can only do less were very impatient and wants to finish their work fast.

5. Reward yourself when you're done. Practice delayed gratification, reward yourself after you did something great and not before work. Some people will a lot of cake, sweets, chocolates before their workout or any kind of work and that's why they feel weak, they were already full, they get sleepy, they were satisfied. Because if you will always celebrate before you work... you will not become productive, you will always feel lazy, your mind will think that there is no use in pushing yourself because you already got something that made you feel much better. Discipline yourself to just celebrate when you did something great. Just like in money... never spend it or take a vacation unless you get promoted or at least earn a large sum of money.

6. Make it a habit to feel good. Appreciation is the key here, appreciate the things that you have in your life and you will have more energy. Appreciate that you can move, appreciate that you have a lot of work because it only means you can do a lot of things and that you are a very strong person. Appreciate the people around you, some people were snot motivated because they hate the people around them, this is not a good thing, hating a lot of people drains a lot of your energy, being bitter will make you weak and sick. Just ignore them if you can't appreciate them and focus on some other things that are giving you positive energy.

7. Treat it as a game. You should enjoy it, have fun, even if it's a boring task or a difficult task... you can have fun with it if you will become more creative, passionate and have a childlike attitude. Treat it as a game, take it seriously but don't worry if you're slow or not making any great result. Always remember that happiness can create success, if you're happy with it and you're working with respect and care then you will become more productive and energetic. It's just a game, no need to get pressured or rattled, have fun, be playful and always look for ward to win. Stay competitive but never pressure yourself because of being afraid to lose.

8. Use brute force. It is what it is, if you can't move then you need to force yourself, there is no other way around. If you will wait for the good feelings to be felt before you move then maybe you are waiting forever. You will feel good in just a matter of time, move now and good emotions will follow. You can build a very strong momentum through taking actions. It doesn't matter if you feel bad or weak... just move, stop being too soft and force yourself to do something.  

9. Change your body language. If your body language is sloppy and lazy then you will never accomplish anything, people around you will feel lazy too because you have a negative vibe. Stop showing them that you're in pain, stop making dramas.
