THE MINDLESS SCROLLING MAKES YOU WEAK




If you can make yourself a doer or a mover then you will have no problems anymore. The problem with the society nowadays is they attached themselves too much with social media and that's why they can't move anymore. That's why they're so lazy and depressed. They're looking for likes, they're looking for validation and dramas. They can't move because they're letting the images and videos affect the way they live. If you're always scrolling then you're not living. The mindless scrolling and liking is what makes you weak. The nonsense posts you post looking for likes is what makes you slow and mentally weak. Stop the stupidity now before it bites you in the ass in the near future. If you're looking for an image or video to make you feel good then you will become depressed in the future. You will compare yourself, you will get envy and you will get easily affected by someone's stupid post. Protect your mind with those poisonous materials, never let it ruin your mentality. Stop letting a fake news scare you, you need to believe in what you really believe and stop letting the nonsense information affect your mind. 

PROTECT YOUR TIME

If something is not giving you money, strength or mentality to have a better life... stop doing it, as simple as that. You need to be strict with your time and never allow anything to control your life. Your time is the most valuable thing in your life. You can replace your friends, money, girlfriend, job but not your time. You need to be aware of what you're doing all the time, never spend too much time with stupid stuffs that will make you weak, you're only setting up your life for misery by doing that. Protect your time all the time and push yourself to the limits. Use your time for upgrading your mind, skills, money and life only. You are downgrading your life and making yourself weak, slow and depressed every time you spend most of your time on social media. You better work, move and stay active rather than looking on your cellphone the whole day. You will become rusty and dumb if you spend most of your time on social media. 

HOW TO GET STRONGER EVERYDAY

By staying away from pleasures and instant gratification. By choosing the harder activity with benefits in the future. By being fast and not choosing laziness, by staying with the basics and simply doing what you need to do that will set up your life for a better future. That's how simple the process is, you don't need to look good or feel good all the time, just do it. People are getting weaker and weaker because they care too much about how they look and identity. They care too much about how people are going to perceive them, they care too much about comfort and security. It will make you weak if you will always choose the easier path. Comfort and something fun will never make you grow, it will bring you down, it will make you broke. 

DO YOU REALLY LIKE IT?

Sometimes you really don't want to scroll on social media anymore, you feel that it's making your mind weak, it's affecting your mentality too much but you're still doing it. You need to wake up and stop being a zombie with your cellphone, stop letting those useless information make you feel negative. You will feel more positive if you will cut your time on social media. 5 mins a day is enough, never spend 5 hours on it. Some people were complaining too much about how difficult and depressing life is but they spend most of their time on social media. The moment they wake up and before sleeping they're always holding their cellphone and doing the mindless scrolling. It's much better if you will stay away from it because it's not a real life. Define what you really like and do it. Stop letting a device make you slow and sick. You need to stay away from social media right now and live a real life, most people who were on their cellphone a lot is living a fake life already and their emotional stability was too weak already that's why they easily got depressed. They always get jealous of other people's success, they're secretly hating, they're commenting on posts that they don't even life or don't know. They're living a very fragile lifestyle because they don't want to miss something out. 

DESIGN YOUR BODY TO BECOME A MOVER AND NOT A WATCHER

Starting today train your body and mind to become a mover and not a scroller on social media. The time you are wasting is unacceptable. You are letting a stupid post make you feel something, you are being too emotional about things that doesn't help you at all. For a year, never scroll on social media, never believe in anything you saw that is not empowering you and you will see the difference. Make it a game to count how many hours you can survive without opening your nonsense social media accounts. If you can stay away from it for a week then you will become a master, you will feel much better, you will feel stronger and more active. The reason why you're so weak is because you're not moving your body, you're just moving your fingers scrolling on facebook that doesn't give you anything at all. Learn to become a doer and not a watcher, force yourself to take actions, take meaningful actions that will give you some benefits in the future and you will see that your life will change, as simple as that. Don't be like others who were like zombies not doing anything, they are being controlled by their cellphones and that's why they're failing in life. Throw away your cellphone and see what you can do. Focus for a year, stop opening your social media accounts and start being active. It doesn't matter if you don't know what's going on, what matters is you know who you are and you are discovering what you can do.
