REVERSE HACKS TO CHANGE YOUR BUM LIFE




a lot of people were looking for hacks to fix their lives but the the sad reality is these fake coaches were only selling them products that they don't even need just to get money. These fake coaches were all about business and not really helping people, there is no such thing as a quick fix, if you want to change your bum life then always be aware of what you're doing, be aware of what you're thinking and go to the different direction. Changing is simply about changing your character, you don't need to become rich to change, you don't need to have a lot of success to change, you just need to adjust your attitude and become the best that you can be. 

From consumer to PRACTICING DELAYED GRATIFICATION

You're consuming a lot of chocolates, stupid branded shoes, television, subscriptions that you don't even use, t-shirts etc. just to show off to your fake friends. You're consuming a lot because your happiness comes from the outside and not from the inside, and that's why you're depressed and feeling lost all the time. You need to save your money, save you energy and stop celebrating all the time because every time you consume... you're putting yourself on a more difficult situation. Practice delayed gratification, learn to invest, make sacrifices, exercise instead of eating all the time, learn to deprive yourself of this products that the main goal is to make you poor and weak. Don't you know that studies says that practicing delayed gratification will make you stronger and richer, ever time you follow your impulse to buy something... you're getting weaker and weaker mentally. 

FROM WORRIER TO BELIEVER

Why will you worry if you can believe? why will you concern yourself about the things that you can't control if you can believe in your ability to work? just work hard, worries will go away if you will take actions now. The more you work the harder you will believe in yourself because the truth is... people who doesn't have confidence in themselves were lazy and not doing anything. If you don't want to become a worrier anymore then you need to become an action taker, work hard, do what is needed, make yourself better. You are a bum because you're too lazy on yourself, you're not doing anything to improve yourself a little bit. Work on yourself and focus on getting better one day at a time. Effort is very powerful, you can become something if you will do something positive consistently. 

FROM PROCRASTINATOR TO DOER

If you can do something now, if you have the time... do it right away and never let your mind think. Stop thinking too much, stop worrying about the future, do it without any form of regret, do it without thinking if you're right or wrong, just do it and repeat. Just do it, you can do it if you will force yourself to do it, you can't become productive because you're too soft, you're thinking about perfection. It's time to become rough, it's time to become a producer and not a worrier. Just do it even if it's ugly, just do it even if you're sure that you're not going to succeed. The idea here is to become a doer and stop hoping for the best even though you're not taking enough actions. Stop hoping if you didn't work hard. Just do it, just start and carry on. You can never control success but you can always control your effort. So give your all even if you're an underdog, give your very best even if your chances of winning is very low. 

FROM PERFECTIONIST TO CREATOR

If you're a perfectionist you will never be able to create something, it's because you will worry about what people say, you will worry about the results, you will care about what other people think, you will worry about your identity and how you look, you will always compare yourself to others and that will make you stuck, the progress will become very slow and the worst is... there will be no progress at all. Being a perfectionist will make you slow, unproductive and worrier. There is no such thing as perfect so why will you pressure yourself from achieving that? 

FROM REGRETFUL TO BEING ABLE TO ACCEPT THE PAST

You're regretting the past, you're always thinking about it, you wish you did a better decision but it will never happen anymore. There is no way you can change the past. 

FROM BEING A PANIC JUNKY TO A CALM MONK

Look at yourself, study your breathing, study your timing, watch how you feel. Why do you feel like that all the time? why are you panicking? do you really need to rush? there is no need to rush. You're in control if you will stay calm. Choose to stay calm during times of pressure, the key here is to let go and never be afraid of losing something. Don't be afraid to get zero, don't get attached to anything, if you can just condition your mind to be ok with getting nothing then you will never be attached to something, attachment is weakness, it will make you feel bad, it will make you feel weak, you will never be able to think right and become creative if you're so attached with something. Stop being attached to results, don't anticipate the future and just be yourself, breathe and simply give your best. It's not that hard, you're the one who is making it hard. 

FROM A RESULT CHASER TO A PASSIONATE DOER

Stop checking for results and be passionate with your work, give your all even if you're not getting anything, be passionate with the process and feel creative, express yourself, never mind the results because it's only making you feel needy and lazy. You feel lazy when you can't see the results right? so stop chasing it and just focus on doing what you need to do. 

STAY AWAY FROM WHAT KILLS THE BELIEF

Procrastination kills the belief, laziness and not focusing on the process kills the belief, listening to what people say kills the belief. Remember that when you're trying to change or chasing something you need to believe so strong, you need to want it from the bottom of your heart. There are so many things that kills your belief and you should be aware of them. You need to strengthen your belief everyday and it can be strengthen through hard work and visualization. Stay disciplined, stay focused and never let your mind be poisoned with wrong information and sloppy habits. Protect your belief, stay on your lane and never do anything that is making you quit.
