HAPPINESS AND SUCCESS WERE OVERRATED


The truth is... you can only have pace if you try with all your might and give everything you've got. It's not about the results, it's not about guarantees or achievements. It's not about being happy, it's about acceptance and knowing that you really push yourself to see what is possible in your life. Because you will have a lot of regrets if you didn't do it your way, you will have a miserable life if you're always wondering what could have happen if you only use all of your faculties and resources to reach your full potential. Don't chase success or happiness, chase the process, treat life as a journey and not a destination. Because you will perform much better if you're not looking for the results, you will be in a better place mentally if you will just enjoy the present moment and simply give your best. 

FORGET YOUR EMOTIONS

It doesn't matter if you feel bad, it doesn't matter if you're scared or worried... just keep moving forward and you will be alright. This is what most people don't know... emotions were too overrated, they thought they can't live normally anymore when they're sad. To be honest, you can never feel defeated in life if you don't give too much priority on your emotion, you will never feel like a loser if you don't focus on what you don't have or what hasn't accomplished yet. You will feel much more powerful if you're not thinking and simply doing what is best for your life. Forget your emotions, if you feel bad in a certain way then just ignore it. No matter how bad you feel right now it will go away anytime soon, it will stay in your system for a long time if you're making dramas. So stop making dramas because you're not a diva, you're not a hollywood actor, stop acting like a weak clown. Forget your emotions and keep pushing forward. The only way to make a progress and experience a better situation is to stop looking for sympathy, stop pampering your emotions and keep moving forward all the time. 

YOU CAN LIVE FOREVER NOT TOTALLY HAPPY

Sadness can never kill you, just don't give up and you're good. Just keep living and keep trying. Even if you're always sad in your life... but so what? Happiness can never exist without sadness, after sadness is happiness, one can never exist without the other, it's like yin and yang. Don't feel bad if you're sad, don't feel sorry for yourself if you're losing... just embrace it, suck it up, that's what courage is all about... embracing these negative emotions and overcoming them. And even if you can't overcome them... just feel them, you will find out that happiness and success were overrated, most people were looking for it because they can't feel abundant with their lives. So what if you're not happy? don't compare your level of happiness to the happiness of others, it doesn't matter if you're not thriving, just live your life and live as much as you can, that's already a good life. 

HAPPINESS CAN BE CREATED

If you want to become happy right away then just appreciate your life, appreciate what you have and never complain just for once, never look for what is missing in your life. Appreciate what you have in life even if the only thing you have is debt or ugly face, at least you have something, at least you're still alive. Life is a one time trip only, there is no replay, you can never go back, just juice life as much as you can, appreciate it as much as you can and never complain. So what if you lose? so what if you suck? so what if you're not happy? happiness and success is not the definition of life, life is all about breathing and living, happiness is not what life is all about... it's living in the moment and witnessing every experience that come and go. Appreciate every little positive things in your life and you will become 3x more happier than before. Appreciation is the key, even if you're hurt or in trouble or has a big problem... still appreciate your life and never give up. 

FOCUS ON DEVELOPING YOUR MENTAL GAME

Every time you suffer, every time you struggle, every time you got challenged... it's making your mental game better, it's making your brain cells more powerful. So just deal with any bullshi* that is happening, embrace it and always believe that you can weather any kind of storm. That's what life is all about... it's simply overcoming and nothing else. Success and happiness will come naturally but don't get too much excited with it, treat it as nothing, treat it as a normal feeling just like any emotion. Don't make it a big deal, don't think of it as something special, the same as other feelings... don't think of it as something that can alter your life. Any emotion is just a feeling that will come and go. Happiness and success were too overrated, the same as fear and worries... they're all just part of your life, they come and go, they are not here to stay forever. Your life is just a roller coaster of emotions, sometimes you are sad, sometimes you are happy, it is what it is, there's nothing to be rattled of if you are living. Just be mentally tough and you don't need anything else. If you are mentally tough you will never get jealous of what other people have that you don't have, you will never quit, you will become more patient, you will never do something stupid in your life, you will never make dramas, you are perfectly fine. So do a mental rehearsal everyday and create a mindset of being alright no matter what. No matter how bad the situation is, always tell yourself that it's ok and that everything will become better in just a matter of time, train yourself to hang on to any difficult situation, learn how to weather the storm and stay calm during chaos.
