You don't need to go to a very popular place, you don't need to go to paris to become happy. All you need to do is be in the moment, the greatest experience is being in the moment, there is no greater experience than that. Being in the moment means appreciating your life as what it is. You don't care if you're on a good or bad situation, you just enjoy and accept life as what it is. Just be in the moment... that is how to experience life to the fullest, even if the situation is bad... you can still find a way how to appreciate it if you will just open your eyes and see the beauty around you, you're luckier than what you think, don't ever think that your situation is bad, and even if it really is... it is still part of your life.
HOW TO BE IN THE MOMENT?
1. Don't think about the future. What will happen will happen. You can never control everything, worrying about the future will only make you go crazy. Just breathe and look around you, you will see how lucky you are, most people are dying to have your life. And even if you're just poor... there are thousands of people who were poorer than you so just feel lucky all the time and appreciate life. Future will come anytime soon so stop thinking about it too much, just use what you have now, just appreciate what you have now and you will feel much much better. If you always think about the future then you will never see the beauty of life, life is happening now, it's not on the future, it's not on the past.
2. Forget the past. What happened in the past is already gone, you will never be able to change it anymore. Move on, life s much better if you're not carrying any burden on your shoulders. Let go of the thoughts that are making your life harder. Forgetting the past will welcome new better opportunities in life. Always thinking about the past will avoid you from making significant progress in your life. Stay in the present moment so you will see better things in life. Think about the past means regrets, it means you are holding on to something that is not there anymore. Be real, you can never go back to the past anymore and change your mistakes, all you can do is be in the present and start building a better life with what you've got.
3. Stop living so fast. Stop rushing, why rush? if rushing is only making you feel bad then stop rushing and just live life according to your pace. You don't need anything, always remember that you don't even need to succeed big time at all. Just live your life like a monk, always be cool, there's no need for rushing if you will live a simple life and give your very best every single day. Just be responsible always be on time and you will never have to rush again. Life is not a race, it is a marathon. Enjoy every step that you can take, enjoy life as much as you can and never rush. Never let deadlines, heavy traffic, pushy boss destroy your own pace, live on your own pace but never get lazy.
4. Find the reasons why you're so blessed. One reason why you're so blessed is enough to be happy, but the good thing is... you don't have only one reason... you have a lot. You have a house, you have a food, you're not sick, you're still alive, you can still live everyday. You just can't see it because you want more. There is nothing wrong with wanting more but having that kind of attitude is making you forget how lucky you are. It's ok to want more but don't feel bad if you can't have them right away. You're so blessed, a lot of people were jealous of your life so don't ever compare you life to others.
5. Focus only on what you can control. You can never control everything and you have to accept it. The easiest things to control are your thoughts and actions. As much as corny it sounds... this is the best way to become happier and be in the moment. You can never control your neighbor, boss, problems of the country, co-workers etc. No matter how much you you try to explain to them that you are right and they are wrong... you are only wasting your energy. They will never follow you unless they have the same perspective as yours. It's better to just be quit and give your best that will put you on a much better position.
BEING IN THE MOMENT ALONE WILL MAKE YOUR TROUBLES GO AWAY
Just live in the moment, I mean fully engage on the present and you will feel life perfectly. You will forget your troubles and problems. Being in the moment means you already let go of the things that are making you mad, you are not anticipating anything, you are ready for anything that may happen. Being in the moment will give you so much confidence and peace, it will make you really feel good because you just don't care anymore about your problems but you are willing to face and solve all of them.
Being in the moment is the greatest experience because you don't need anything anymore, you are free from destruction, you are free from stress. But it doesn't mean that you will live lazy, you are still a responsible person but you just don't care anymore if something bad happens, you already accepted that life is not perfect and you can still feel good despite of its imperfections and flaws.
Just try this idea, be in the moment, don't look for something that you don't have, don't compare yourself to others. Just live your life and try to grow from it. Work hard as much as you can but never feel bad or worry if you can't succeed now. Just take it one day at a time, be patient and never care if you feel good or bad, just breathe and let life happen.
