If you can feel the pressure, if you can be scared, if you can feel the pain, if you can drag your body to do what you need to do, if you can feel uncomfortable then you can control everything. You can become successful. Feeling everything means being in the moment, it means you are ok getting pressured, you are ok feeling the pain, you don't mind about your feelings, you just feel lucky feeling alive.
Feel everything, if you're happy feel it. If you're struggling feel it. If you're winning or losing... feel it. You will be able to think clearly if you're not afraid to feel everything, you will be able to control the situation and know what is the most logical move to be done. Just feel it, life is all about feeling your emotions and not being afraid of any of it.
The depressed celebrities, the drama babies, the whiners and suicide thinkers... they can't think right because the don't want to feel everything. Life is being open to what is happening in you and simply doing the right next thing. It's too simple, just don't be afraid of any emotions, don't be afraid of what might happen next and just live your life, just give your best. Feel everything, don't shy away from your feelings, be honest with how you feel. If you don't like it then just feel it, don't complain about it nor make dramas of it, just live life and be the best version of yourself.
EMOTIONS WILL ALWAYS CHANGE
There is no such thing as a permanent emotion. Life is yin and yang, there should be balance. But the difference between a real happy person and a depressed is a happy person knows that whenever he us feeling sad, that emotion will change. He never stay on a depressed stage for a very long time. He also feel sad or problematic but he can overcome those feelings by staying positive and believing that he is ok no matter what. But the depressed and dramatic people, they were making a lot of dramas, they stay on the negative lane for a very long time, they just let their emotions control them. They don't know that they can create happiness on their own if they will just think about the happy thoughts. So don't be afraid of any emotions that you have, those emotions were normal, you're not the only one who's feeling it. Everyone gets scare, everyone gets frustrated, everyone gets happy. Always remember that making dramas and dwelling on those negative emotions will only make it worse.
So if you're happy... don't think that it's forever, it's not about being negative but just like I said... emotions will always change. Nobody is happy 24 hours a day. Even millionaires and the most powerful people in the world have problems, sometimes their problems were even worse and you can't even imagine how to handle it.
BEING IN THE MOMENT IS THE MOST POWERFUL THING
Believe in the power of now, stay in the moment and you will realize that you don't need anything else. Some people wants to feel good right away and that's why they can't feel good, some people were looking for somewhere else, they can't appreciate what is happening now. If you can never appreciate your emotions and life now then you will never be able to change it, it will remain the same. More bad things and bad feelings will be attracted to you, life is all about attraction. You attract where you are focus on. If you're focus on the bad things and bad feelings and you keep complaining about it then you will attract more of it. But if you will focus on the best things of life then you will attract best circumstances. You will get more of what you are looking to. Stop looking at the bad things in your life so your situation will change.
Stop rushing to feel good, you will feel worse by doing that. Embrace what is going on, embrace every emotion that you are feeling... that's the best way to have a better life. Be in the moment, be thankful of what you have, be thankful of your life and you will get more out of your life. Just be happy that you are alive and you can do things, there is nothing else to be wishing for.
LIFE WILL BE EASIER IF YOU WILL JUST LET YOUR FEELINGS FLOW
Don't resist any kind of emotion, if you're sad then you're sad, if you're happy then you're happy. Life will become very much easier if you will never resist any kind of emotion. Be still while listening to how you feel, life is a roller coaster of emotions. Don't make too dramas if you'e feeling bad. Let the feelings flow and remember what you really want. Welcome any feelings, if you will resist the pain or sadness then you will just make terrible decisions, you are setting yourself up for ruining your own life. So whenever you feel like a crap today... just let it flow, stay still, don't panic, don't get frustrated, all you have to do is survive this day and you will be alright. If you survive today you can survive forever, show life that you're a one top son of a gun and you're not willing to play a victim role. Just go with it, go with any kind of emotion, don't go the other way, just go with it and you will learn how to adapt to any difficulty of life.
YOU CAN OVERCOME ANY NEGATIVE EMOTION IF YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO ENTERTAIN YOURSELF
Learn how to entertain yourself, learn how to create your own fun, you can fake happiness by simply being busy. If you're busy then you will forget your problems, fake happiness until it becomes real. Passion will make you forget your problems, go deep with your passion and you will become very creative, you can even partner passion with pain... don't worry because the result will become really cool, you will be able to create a work of art.
Just entertain yourself with any form of entertainment. It is much better if you will entertain yourself with positive ideas, don't entertain yourself with alcohol or drugs or else your situation will become worse. Entertain yourself with passion, creativity, chase a goal, remember that you are free to do anything with your life. Just make sure you are thinking about the consequences of your actions.
Have fun even if it's hard to have fun, force yourself to become happy. Fake the feeling and it will become real later.
