Upgrading your mind means upgrading your life, you've got to have a tough and good mind if you want to become successful. A cluttered mind full of unwanted thoughts will never get you further. Your mind should be organized and it's ok to have some negative thoughts sometimes but you should filter it right away and work on it, be mindful of what is running inside of your head so that you can get rid of unwanted thoughts immediately. Your thoughts is your reality, don't let your brain control you, control your brain and think only about thoughts that will empower you and can make you productive everyday.

Here are the 5 simplest ways to upgrade your mind.

1. Know your desired niche. You want to upgrade your mind because you want to be great on something, you will not be great if you want to master everything. You have to choose a specific niche where you can focus your energy and effort. If it's about business then focus on business, if it's about spots then just focus on sports, you can never serve two masters at a time, once you pick a niche... be loyal to it and never entertain any other niches anymore. Some people were really talented but they want to become very great in everything that is why they ended up being a jack of all trades, they don't master anything, their good but they can never become great. If you have a lot of things going on inside of your head then you will have a hard time upgrading your mind and become successful, you must be a single minded individual. Put all of your eggs on one bucket and make it grow each day.

2. Meditate. Meditation will quiet your mind and once your mind is quiet... you will get rid of fears and negative thoughts. Meditation is very simple, just close your eyes and focus on breathing, you can do this 5-10 minutes a day and once you got bored with that time span you can increase it to ten minutes and so in. Meditation is fun if you will believe in its power, it's going to be helpful to you if you're so stressed and problematic with your life. Learn to meditate everyday so that you will be able to get rid of anxiety, depression and self inflicted mental pain. You don't need to become a buddah or monk to meditate, just practice it until you perfected it. Negative thoughts will still run inside of your head during meditation but its' ok, what matters is you are aware that you are thinking about it, just go back to breathing and blank your mind, use your willpower to stay calm and not thinking about anything. 

3. Try to learn something new everyday. Try to learn something new so that your mind will expand and will not be stuck in the same place. Learning something new will give you excitement and other good feelings, it is important to upgrade your mind. You will feel if your mind is rusty and not evolving anymore, you will feel if you're getting dumber and dumber each day. Learning something new will occupy some spaces in your brain that is vacant and unused. Just learn some new things, it can be about music, business, arts... anything that is positive and useful. You can learn something new even if you're already old, you can teach an old dog some new tricks, it is possible to become more intelligent than your usual self. Never under estimate your power to learn, just take it day by day and become a genius one day.

4. Visualize. Visualization will train your mind to think about the thoughts that you want and may help you. Visualize your desired life, do this everyday so that you will be able to attract it. Visualize money, visualize hard work and success. Doing this will replace the negative thoughts that are controlling your brain and reality. Just close your eyes and think of what you want to happen, be detailed as possible. Use your senses. Touch it, feel it, see it, smell it, make it real as it can be. Keep playing that picture inside of your head and you will be able to attract things closer to it, keep visualizing and taking actions and one day what you want will be on your hands. Practicing visualization will upgrade your mind to another level, you will become more optimistic and you will feel better each day, the negative thoughts will be replaced little by little.

5. Focus on finishing a task that you've started. Finish what you've started, once you start something... use your willpower to finish it. Don't rush, don't open your cellphone, don't look at your social media accounts. Doing this will improve your power to concentrate, your mind will become tougher, you will have more willpower and you can focus during pressure times. No matter how bad you want to do some other things... don't shift, stop starting and finishing it later, once you start.... be a strong finisher. This kind of attitude will make your mind better, you will be able to withstand any kind of pain, you will become more disciplined and productive. You will get bored, you will feel stressed but after finishing what you've started... you will really feel good and proud of yourself.

Investing in your mind means investing in your future, the more you upgrade your mind the more successful you will become. Always remember that anything you do and think is affecting your psychology, you are training your mind every time you do something.
