Something will scare you if you're already making a progress, if there is a small success or momentum that you are getting... something will scare you for unknown reason. There will be a disturbance, there will be a threat. For every level there is another form of resistance.
For example, you suddenly got sick or injured. There is a financial crisis, there is an economic crisis. The bank will call you about your debt, your cousin or sibling might as for your help because they have some problems. Something will really stop the momentum that you have. You have to stay calm because it's ok, it's not even a problem at all. All you need to do is stay focused on pursuing your dreams. You can give them attention, you can deal with the small problem but never let it take your eyes off away from the main thing. The main thing still should remain as the main thing. Something may scare you but never let it scare you for a very long time. Just let it be, let the fear visit your body and mind, feel it but don't believe it. It's normal to experience something scary if you're on your way to the top. You will really feel threatened and begin to question why there is always a hindrance to your success. Life is really just like that, you will never become stronger if you're not being challenged.
There will always be something that will show up to scare you and test you. Something will challenge you and test who you really are especially if you're making significant strides in your life. Just keep going and never let anything stun you. Fear will always be there so as courage, one can never exist without the other.
FEAR WILL NEVER GO AWAY NO MATTER HOW BRAVE YOU ARE
If you think finally conquered fear then you better think again. Fear is very powerful, you can never get rid of it permanently but the good news is... you're more powerful than fear. There will always be another level of fear that you are about to conquer. If you already conquered your fear of spiders then you need to conquer your fear of lions. Fear will always be there but you can always fight it and make it disappear for a while. Once you defeat some level of fear... there will always be a new higher level and it's your duty to face it again and feel it. Once you feel fear and understand that you're alright with it then you will be able to think more, you will become calmer and soon the fear will go away. Don't be afraid to become scared, it's normal to feel fear. You better be scared even more if you're no longer scared because it means something is wrong with you.
LEARN HOW TO HAVE FUN WITH YOUR FEAR
Treat it like a joke, never let t control your mind. Feel it, understand it, study it and play with it. Once you feel comfortable with your fears then it will never scare you anymore, it may scar you a little bit but it will never make you panic, you will feel invincible and in control. Sometimes you will even look for your fears because it feels so weird without it. Because if you don't learn how to have fun with your fear then it will always manipulate and poison your mind, it will control you and make force you to make weak decisions that will put you on a worse position. If you can have fun with anything then you can have fun with your fear. Treat it like nothing, treat it like an ordinary feeling and never make it a big deal. Always remember that will soon be over, it can never scare you forever if you stay calm and remember who you really are.
HOW TO HAVE FUN WITH YOUR FEARS?
1. Give it a name, give it a puppy name. Me, personally the name of my fear is brownie. Whenever I am scared, I talk to my fear inside of my head and say "Hi Brownie, what can you do to me? here you go again trying hard, you're wasting your time, I'm stronger than you, you can never touch me, my mind is bullet proof". Eventually my fear will go away in just a matter of minutes. Treat fear like it's not a big deal because it is, it's just an emotion, clown with it, disrespect it because it doesn't respect you.
2. Move despite of it. Move despite of feeling fears, fear will go away once it feels that you can still move despite of being scared. Use your willpower, overpower your fears with actions. Make a move, make a decision and don't be afraid to follow through. It's all about who can go further. Can you go further with your fears? if you can go further then you will forget that you are scared. Sometimes you still feel it a little bit but it can no longer bother you or affect you, you were able to absorb it and get comfortable with it.
3. Stay still until it's gone. Sometimes all you have to do is stay still, do nothing and just feel. Stop thinking, stop what you're doing, look at a blank wall and stare it. Do this for a few minutes and you will discover that fear can never touch you nor harm you. Staying still and neutral is much better than rushing to do something because if fear. Calm your mind, you don't need to calm it right away, just learn how to calm it slowly and think about nothingness.
4. Keep fighting. This is just a game, life is just a game and the losers are the one who can be conquered easily by their fears. It's a matter of whose willpower is stronger than the other. If you will not stop fighting your fears then you will never lose. The best way to fight it is to feel it and keep moving forward. Always remember that you can live with fear and there is nothing wrong with it, what matters is you impose your will and you never let your fear stop you from expressing yourself or getting what you want.
