FEAR IS AFRAID OF CALMNESS

Negativity only looks strong because it's creating a wild impression, it's creating savagery, havoc and danger. Negativity and fear looks very explosive and appealing, it can manipulate anyone's mind, it can turn a nation into a disaster and poison the minds of people, it can command but not for so long. Calmness will soon take over, everyone doesn't want to become scared all the time, of course calmness is still powerful because it can put your mind at peace, calmness can cure sickness, it can fix a destroyed relationship, it can create a power that is very attractive and trustable.

Fear is afraid of calmness. If you can stay calm during recession, times of trouble, danger and sickness then fear will leave your body, if you can just laugh at your negative emotions and stay still then you will survive and then thrive later, you will feel free, nothing will be able to threaten you anymore. So master calmness, master being yourself, never look outside of you and just focus on being you. Focus on your breathing, focus on what you want and stop imagining things that are destructive and dangerous. You are ok, you don't need anything, you just need to stay calm and perfectly still. And even if there is still something that is bothering you... just stay calm, sometimes you don't even need to do anything, you just need to breathe. And once you feel in peace, it's time to move a little bit, move yourself towards what you want and never hold yourself back. Calmness can command, calmness and staying confident will never be defeated by fear. Fear becomes stronger because you are panicking. But if you know what you do and you stay relaxed then fear will never be able to bother you anymore. And even if you don't know what to do... just stay calm and give your very best and you will be alright.

LET FEAR SCARE YOU FOR A MINUTE OR TWO

If you choose calmness over aggression then it means you are being yourself, stop reacting to fear, stop resisting. Fear is there to make you feel negative and once you bite its trap... you're in big trouble. Let it scare you for a minute or two. Do nothing when you're scared, always choose calmness, always breathe and try to feel what is inside of you. Fear is just a bait, once you bite it it will become stronger and will control your psychology and physiology, the best thing to do to neutralize it is to let it scare you. It will only scare you for a minute or two, sometimes even lesser than that. Once you feel it and you stay calm... it will disappear. You are just a human being, you are suppose to feel fear but once you get use to it and you learned that fear will not stay forever.. fear cannot disturb you anymore.

MASTER CALMNESS INSTEAD OF FINDING A WAY HOW TO GET RID OF FEAR

Calmness is everything, it will give you peace of mind and confidence, it will show you the way. You can be calm while being scared, stay calm and you will become a powerful person, stay calm and fear will become scared of you, it will leave your system. All you need to do is be yourself and focus on what you need to do next. If you're stunned, if you're shocked... just let it be for a while, feel it for a while and soon you will be able to figure out the right next move to do. Not all the time you will feel scared, not all the time you will be freeze, you will find a way out of no way if you stay calm and committed to the journey. Trust yourself even if you can't trust yourself, fake the feelings, stay calm and stop thinking, appreciate life, enjoy your breathing.

Nobody can tell you exactly how to conquer fear, nobody can tell you how to do it, and even if they told you that the can... you don't know if they were telling the truth. You don't really know if they already experienced some traumas and were able to conquer it.

BUT CALMNESS...

Calmness is easier to do, you don't even need to move, all you need to do is breathe. Stop thinking, there will be a moment when you're not thinking but the fear keeps on bothering you, that's ok, it will only stay for a few minutes, sometimes only seconds. Don't look to feel good right away, just live life and that's it. You're not in danger, nothing is following you, you can even stop at the moment and do nothing, nobody can ever tell you what to do. Believe in the beauty of nothingness, always remember that you don't even need anything to feel good, empty your mind, have peace with pain and fear, don't try to get rid of it... feel it.

Stay calm dude, whatever happens stay calm. You can do it, all you need to do is look inside of yourself and detach from anything outside of you. Detach yourself from the outcome, detach yourself from comfort and expectations, detach yourself from trying to look cool and perfect, detach yourself from trying to look strong. It's ok to look weak a little bit, it's ok to surrender, real power is looking inside of yourself and building that confidence that everything will be alright.

CALMNESS IS A WEAPON

You can beat anything through calmness, you can become anything through calmness. Calmness will never make you feel inferior, it will make you feel invincible. So if you're afraid all of your life, if you wanted to compete, if you want to be yourself... master calmness. Being calm is attractive, being calm will set the pace, it will make you succeed because you're not worried, you don't have a trouble mind, you are taking your time and most important of all... you can think clearly and make the right decisions.

HOW TO DEVELOP CALMNESS?

1. Face the thing that you're scared of and once you're there... don't think. Just breathe and feel your surrounding, expose yourself to a very risky position and detach from the outcome, always think that no matter what happens you will be alright.

2. Remember that you don't need anything. You don't need peace, you don't need success, you don't need money or comfort, you don't need anything, all you need is the air that will keep you alive. You don't even need appreciation from other people, you don't need to be recognized, all you need is your life.

3. Don't be afraid to embarrass yourself. With every decision or reaction that you're going to make.. don't be afraid to humiliate yourself, don't be afraid to look like a clown. Express yourself whenever you need to and detach from expectations of other people.

4. Don't look at the future. Just stay in the moment, don't anticipate anything and just feel free to give your best and entertain the most positive thoughts even if those thoughts were not working and making you feel good... just think about positive thoughts, use your willpower to over write the negative ones.

5. Be slow. Don't rush, you are panicking because you want to escape the situation. Just take it one second at a time. Feel the fear, feel the threat. Always remember that you are not in danger, always appreciate the beauty of life. There is more to life than increasing its speed. You will appreciate life even more if you will slow down and feel every second of it.
