CALMNESS CAN STOP ANY BAD MOMENTUM

Momentum keeps on getting bigger because of emotions that is being attached to it. So if you feel like the pain you're feeling right now is getting worse, it's simply because you're scared, you're letting fear make it worse, fear is owning the momentum, it can't be stopped because you're too emotional and afraid of what might happen next. If you are badly sick... you can stop the pain if you will stay calm, you will be able to lessen the momentum of pain if you will just relax and still your mind. All pain becomes worse because the negative thoughts that were attached to it. Thoughts like it will get worse, what will happen to my future? this will become painful, I'm in big trouble, I should have listen to my doctor, I should have stayed at home, my financial status is in big trouble etc. etc.

So if you're worried now, if you're scared, if you're troubled and confused... just stop thinking and stay calm, you will be able to stop that negative feeling, you will have a peace of mind. Staying calm is very powerful, sometimes it's all you need to do to think clearly. Calmness can change the outcome of your reality, just think positive and breathe deeply and you will be able to attract positive opportunities, you will see better things in your world. Calmness can stop a raging negative momentum, shift your thoughts from negative to positive while breathing and you will feel how powerful you are. Because you don't need to panic whenever there is a bad thing that is going on, if you panic and let fear get the best of you then you're in big trouble. Just stay calm because everything is under control. If you are calm then you can control everything in your life, you can control your health, money, people around you, job, traffic etc. You have the power if you are calm. Some people use savagery to get what they want, they use force too much and in the end it backfires on them.

MEDITATE IF YOU ARE WORRIED

Most people are under estimating the power of meditation, they laugh at it, they think that only monks do it. They don't know that meditation quiets the mind, it deletes all the cluttered thoughts in your head, it gives you a peace of mind. The reason why meditation is not working for you is because you don't believe it, you will do it for a few minutes and will not do it again tomorrow. You should be consistent for it to work, never miss a day if you want to see fast results. You can meditate for a few minutes as a starting point then add more minutes if you feel you can meditate more. Meditation is very powerful, all you need to do is focus on your breathing and feel your senses. Close your eyes and let your thoughts come and go. The best way to do it is feel your body and breathing, never resist, once you find yourself thinking about something that you don't like... go back to focusing on your breathing, as simple as that. Your meditation doesn't need to be perfect, you only need to do it, trust it and enjoy it. Never rush while doing it, be patient and enjoy the moment and of course... don't expect fast results. Remember that you need time to see wonderful results, be patient and trust the process.

A lot of lives were changed because of meditation, you will become more confident because of meditation, you will be in the moment, you will learn how to love life even more and appreciate breathing. Meditation has a lot of wonderful benefits, just trust it and do it everyday.

CALMNESS IS VERY ATTRACTIVE

Have you seen someone who is so calm and composed? that person is so attractive right. Calmness can make anyone attractive, it will give you power, it will give you a self image of abundance, security and confidence. Look at the greatest athletes in the world... they thrive during the pressure times, you will trust them to make decisions because it looks like they know what they are doing. Stay calm during the pressure times or hard times and people will like you. Stay calm everyday and they will feel a different positive vibe from you, calmness is contagious, you don't need to do anything and people will notice you. So if you want to look attractive... stay in the moment, don't rush anything, feel everything and stay calm, you don't need to make decisions fast, you can think and trust your instincts, you can stay on a tight situation for a long time without getting bothered by it. Practice calmness and you will see that people will trust you more. It's very easy to do it, just learn to enjoy every moment you are in, learn to have peace with every struggle and always think that everything will be alright no matter what.

CHOOSE TO STAY CALM DURING THE HARD TIMES

If you are pressured, if you are worried, if you feel bad, if you feel anxious... just choose calmness, choose to stop thinking. You can stop what you're doing if you need to, you can just rest and detach from reality. You are in control here, stop giving your power away to anything outside of you by focusing on them, focus on yourself, focus on your breathing and you will see that the situation is not harder than what it looks like. Sometimes you're the only one who's making the situation harder for you by panicking and entertaining negative thoughts, all you have to do is live in the moment and accept the situation and you will be in control again. Just learn to breathe every time you're scared and all the troubles will go away. Stillness is a thing of beauty, being confident that you are alright will give you the power to move forward and do what is best for your life.
